Could you make a video about the blows that occur when we are on guard, for example kicks to the kidney, slaps to the ear, etc.

watched the whole thing. definitely gave me ideas for some different techniques to use.

If I am on the ground and the opponent is standing trying to stomp me with his legs would it be better to use my upkicks to maintain distance or do I go for a sweep with my legs? Thanks in regard.
