I got black toe thumb nail to my left leg. I am a right hand bowler. Is it normal to have black toe nail? Any precaution can you suggest to avoid black toe nail?
It happens because your front foot crashes with the shoe ... Its not good and you should try bring your front foot in a cyclic way .. it will help you to increase your pace .. your leg will come braced more easily .. you will avoid toe thumb injury and your ball wil get eneven rise from good length
