hi can you test this while showering and bathing as the water is grounded right ??
@RayKatDesignz
@RayKatDesignz Месяц назад
Hi! Yes, water can conduct electricity and, in theory, could help with grounding. That’s a great idea for a video! 😊 I initially thought using a similar approach to what I showed in this video might work, like placing your hand in a sink full of water while holding the red probe in your free hand and grounding the black probe. However, when I tested it, the results weren’t as clear as I expected. If you’re interested, I can look into creating content that explores this topic further. Thanks for watching and asking! 😊. And do be careful if testing with water and electrical outlets!!! ⚡️

Great! Thank you, that is low readings without even grounding. We get like .700's to 1.1's in areas I thought had the least electric not even wifi.

You are welcome! Yes it really just depends and it seems to vary! Haha. I was near a window and fairly far from any electronics other than the outlet. When I am at my workstation, however, I measure between 1.1 and 1.5.

There is an article on EarthingInstitute.net that might help you. Here is a quote from it: “When you are grounded, you become like a Faraday cage and the Faraday cage effect prevents EMFs generated by the electric wires of your home from penetrating your body. A Faraday cage is a metal enclosure used to block electromagnetic fields. Contrary to what some consultants say, there is no voltage that gets into your body when you are grounded. Just the opposite, when your body is grounded, EMFs are reflected away from you. Grounding drops the voltage on your body to nearly zero.” Here is the article: earthinginstitute.net/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/beware-of-earthing-misinformation-2018.pdf?fbclid=IwAR2tCy1ZOkAsPE92q6ld04qZ8OnYjUsoxs2fL6Paryq02PbVnFMQFPKUamI_aem_AUPtVfoDR-1APIV6C-OGT8pzPRjYC47lORZsbrkn7Ix1FLTR-fM0Qr37NUU3I50EIZcoXmsYC4ffyLmlijCIqag2 I also reference a few more articles in this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IVGDvDT3EjE.html

What does it mean if the numbers go up when I touch my grounding pillowcase?
@RayKatDesignz
@RayKatDesignz 28 дней назад
Hi! Great question! If your numbers go up when you touch your grounding pillowcase, it could mean that the pillowcase isn't properly grounded or there's some interference affecting the measurement. Have you tried testing your outlet with an outlet tester? What numbers are you seeing before you test and then when you touch the mat? It might be interesting to test the pillowcase in some other areas and see what happens to your readings. Also, check that there are no nearby electronic devices or cords that could be causing electrical interference. Sometimes, testing in different areas of your home can give you more accurate results. If you have any more questions or need further help, feel free to ask. Happy grounding! 😊

Dear RayKatDesignz, Thank you very much for your wonderful video, which is helping to the thousands of RU-vid users in improving their health. Could you advise me please what is a full name of a Digital Multimeter that you have used for testing body voltage and for testing Earthing/Grounding mat and where did you buy it from? Or perhaps you could be able to provide me with a website link of a seller that sells, such Digital Multimeters? Thank you very much for your time and attention. I am looking forward hearing from you soon. I am wishing you an absolutely magnificent success and good luck in everything you do. Best Regards, Igor Appilat

Hi! 😊 Thank you for watching and yes - with the lowest setting of 200, it can be challenging to get a good read. My original meter only had the lowest setting of 200 and I experienced what you are seeing... Ended up purchasing the one in the video (amzn.to/3wp6RMi) - you might want to try this one as it definitely should work for you!

The earthing ground plug fits loosely into the ground outlets in my home. Does this effect its ability to work?
@RayKatDesignz
@RayKatDesignz 2 месяца назад
Hi! Thanks so much for watching and for your question. So, as long as the ground plug doesn't "fall out," it's probably ok - however, to be sure, you may want to consider one of these outlet adapters. These will fit securely in your outlets and your grounding devices will plug in securely as well. See if these help: www.earthing.com/products/safety-adapter-us-version?_pos=1&_sid=9b541018f&_ss=r You can apply coupon code RAYKAT10 for a bit of savings! Hope this helps and happy earthing!!

I’m sorry but that’s not how you test a grounding mat.
@RayKatDesignz
@RayKatDesignz 2 месяца назад
True - You're correct in that a "continuity tester" would be used to check if earthing products or mats are functioning properly. This video specifically covers how to measure body voltage before and during earthing using a voltmeter. A continuity tester or product tester is designed to measure the continuity of earthing products, not body voltage. Thanks for watching! 😊

@@estelaVillar-Oh my goodness, it absolutely has been working for me - hence my reason for starting this channel! I feel not enough of us know about this simple, natural healing remedy and am looking to spread the word with the hopes of helping others as much as possible. I am so sorry to hear you are in pain. I firmly believe earthing will provide tremendous relief for you. I'd love to hear your story and what you are trying and if / when you start to see results. I'd recommend staying grounded for more hours during the day than not, if that is possible for you. Question - I have drafted an "earthing journal" where you can log your earthing sessions and document any results. Would you be interested in using such a tool? If so, I'd be more than happy to send you a copy to try out. Thank you again for taking the time to view my videos. It means the world to me!

@@RayKatDesignz Hi there, thank you for your message. You seem like such a lovely person. What is your name? Is Kat short for Katie? I would be interested but at the moment I don’t feel well enough. I am quite limited on what I can do and I don’t go out often but when I do I make sure to walk on the grass barefoot. I’ve had this chronic condition for 8 years now and it’s beginning to affect my brain which is very worrying. I had lost all hope of getting my life back. The doctors do not help. So it’s up to me. When I found out about grounding /earthing I felt hope again. I have been ill for a long time so I know I’m not going to heal overnight. But I have already noticed some small improvements and less cravings so I am eating healthier as well. I am hoping to see some major improvements in about 6 months (fingers crossed)🤞🏻I will continue to do this for as long as I live. I will never loose my connection to the earth again 🌍

@@estelaVillar- Thank you so much for your kind words! My name is Rachel. I'm truly sorry to hear about your chronic condition and the challenges you've been facing. It's inspiring to hear that grounding/earthing has given you hope and that you're already noticing some improvements. I'm glad you're finding small victories on your healing journey. It's important to be patient with yourself and celebrate each step forward, no matter how small. Walking barefoot on the grass is a great way to stay connected to the earth. I have recently stumbled across RJ Spina who healed himself from paralysis. If you have not heard of him, something tells me, after learning from him, you will be incredibly inspired and convinced that you can do this entirely on your own - and within the 6-month goal you have set! I’d recommend his three books where he literally takes you through the steps to heal yourself. Maybe you will find them valuable: • Supercharged Self-Healing: amzn.to/3SFqY0Y • Change Your Mind: amzn.to/3LUAZ6X • Access Super Consciousness: amzn.to/3SFrxI8 You can, of course, check out his many videos on RU-vid as well. Just in case, here is a link to my earthing journal - you should be able to download it entirely free: drive.google.com/file/d/1dvs2K2E3TI1ZpSBxxa2jwSaPe9vtaIkh/view?usp=drive_link I’d love to hear if you try it and any feedback you have. Take care and best of health to you! You've got this!🌻

You may want to learn how to use a DMM prior to giving a tutorial to those who have no experience using this tool. First, you "tested" yourself wrong. You do NOT plug the negative lead from the DMM into the ground socket. You hold the Red lead between two fingers in one hand and the Black lead between two fingers in the other hand to measure your voltage. Then with the grounding mat pugged into the wall, you would touch a part of your body, your foot, back of hand, skin, whatever is easiest to the mat and watch the voltage change. The way you did it, there is no path for electrons to flow from the Red lead through your body to anything. The measurement on the meter was an incorrect reading.
@verbeckr
@verbeckr 4 месяца назад
Not sure you’re right about that bro. I think she’s right. Your way would measure the resistance or the DC in your body. Not the AC.
@RayKatDesignz
@RayKatDesignz 3 месяца назад
Hi! I see what you are saying - however, if one were to hold both leads in your hands, as suggested, it would measure the voltage difference between your hands rather than to the ground. Thus, using the negative lead in the ground socket and the positive lead on the body is a correct method to measure body voltage relative to the ground. I appreciate your input and appreciate the discussion to ensure accuracy for everyone. Thanks for helping improve the content!

What’s the grounding mat connected to? Doesn’t appear to be connected to anything. How’s the conductive mat draining your voltage if it has no where to drain it to? I must have missed something here
