Not much true “scientific evidence” that this has any sort of dramatically positive effect on you, but I’ve been doing this most of my life (unknowingly for a lot of that time, it just felt right) and I love it and strongly suggest it.
Here’s how you do it:
Bare feet
Ideally dug into the earth
If you can’t dig them in, just have them fully touching.
Breath, and focus on fully connecting to the earth think of your feet rooting into the ground, sending all the energy deep into the earth and accepting all of earth energy deeply into you.
My proof that this works is how good we all feel when we dig our feet into the sand at the beach.
