I am not sure why it works for me. The noise of the portion of humanity who unknowingly seek to expel pain by projecting it outward is often overwhelming. Nature is honest even in the storm. For me it is quieter. Love this meditation.

​@@x666x34b Admittedly, I have thought similar jokes were funny in the recent past, but lately the difficult times have many people and things appearing differently than what was or was thought, and may do things previously unimaginable. Please know that there is a huge amount of energy being put out there to help drive the universe to bring healthier solutions to the negativity that has tried to overwhelm the planet, and the support, love, light and compassion is not just strong, but sincere, in knowing we have the strength to keep trying to find ways to appreciate the moments of life we have, appreciating what we can learn from the moment or the small things you can for right now. We all have had tough moments and thoughts of quitting. But don't give up, practice finding anything to feel gratitude through your unique, one of a kind perspective, and know that the more you practice(and put that vibe in your environment and outward), the more opportunity to recognize the true amount of care and encouragement waiting to find the right place and time to be felt. Everyday I am shown more relief and comfort through all of the incredible energy from the expressed support of individuals, adding to a collective force that is spread through out areas and in such beautiful moments big and small, the I never had expected, and only continues to grow the positive vibration to balance and propel a higher quality state of life for all of us!!! It's amazing to go from struggling to keep discouraged views or lost hope from grabbing my attention and power over my internal world, to seeing such care and kindness helping me find the strength to see the light and know that we aren't aren't alone or unseen, to feeling inspired to keep moving forward to better places. I am truly in awe and appreciation, and will continue to improve my abilities of recognizing, receiving, and tuning in to this energy that helps me see or search for the better choices, thoughts, and opportunities, and by understanding that if it was even just to keep hold of the idea of aligning in a direction of a better possibility and toward the path of my best version of me, so that I may enjoy more, as well as spread that outward, passing on the love and care you all show, simply because I've always wanted that for all, but I would also like to take more action that aligns with my best intentions, and shows that I am really appreciative for the care and impact it makes in my current place, and beyond.
