The 70 Mustang fastback and 69 Camero were two of my favourite cars. The Trans Am racing was so unique as we could identify with all the cars entered. I would have to give the nod to the 1970 Mustang Mach 1, or the Boss 302 as my favourite. Just a timeless design that Ford recreated for today’s Mustang.
I bought my first 1965 Mustang 289 3 spd standard in 1978 from Jim Downing, a factory driver for Mazda. Jim also was the co-inventor of the Hans safety device used in racing today. Is father owned the largest foreign sports car dealership in Atlanta.
Those Camaros and Mustangs are AWESOME. The other cars have no business being on the track with the Camaros and Mustangs. Besides, the other cars sound like pissed off Bees. American Muscle for the WIN.
