Those greenovia’s are addictive looking. They are like green roses and they look ‘stunning. I can’t wait to see the results Lizzy...Thanks to your sweet friend Jem Jem . See you on your next vlog. Love from SA TX USA ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Good morning Liz. Thank you for your hard work for us teaching us so much. Because of you I want to clean my garden and produce plants and keep up with them.
We're having a cool day today Lani and it's drizzling a bit. So I decided to take it out of the fridge just for today till Tuesday but put it back in the fridge at night until Wednesday when it gets hot again. I think it will still go to sleep but we'll see.
I am very excited for the result of that greenovia maam Liz . Mine i just leave it for a while before checking if there is a progress .i can see it outside coz the door of the chiller is glass. I really hope there will be some difference in a week. That succulents that you featured almost at end of this vlog they called it here in Philippines as chinese dunes cap.i have one tiny weeny set a couple of days ago from Benguet and i hope it will survive so i can observe when it will go dormant since we live in lowland and we dont have cold season only rainy unlike in Baguio /Benguet they have cold season up there.
Hi Yulita, Your right. There are three types of Orostachys in this video. One is Orostachys iwarenge & boehmeri (Chinese Dunce Cap) and the other is Orostachys furusei.
We're having a cool day today and it's drizzling a bit. So I decided to take it out of the fridge just for today till Tuesday (23°C) but put it back in the fridge at night until Wednesday (26°C) or till it gets hot again. I think it will still go to sleep but we'll see.
Liz!! Would you please talk about Lithops? I have a few little pots and would like to know how to transplant them... Looking forward to your info!! I just love this series, have learned ssooo much, Thank you!!✌🏼
Hi Judith, I'm beginning to think that most of my viewers are psychic....LOL I have prepared my soil and plants(LITHOPS) to do a video and it rained and still raining and windy....LOL I'll do the Lithops video in the next couple of days when the weather cooperates and hopefully will be ready by the start of summer(December) here in Australia. Summer is the growing season for Lithops. For now, don't do anything with your lithops; especially no watering. Hope you can wait for it.
That's beautiful. I'd finished my repotting last sat using diff types of soil mix. Hopefully they would be better and happier just like u☺️ Thanks Liz. But some I used pertlite for intermediate coz I ran out of pumice Haha. Take care lovely☺️ just wondering when is the next time to put fertilizer? I used both, seamungus for master soil mix and slow release for intermediate.
Depends on the plants that you have in it. Please take a look at dormancy table for succulents online. I only put Seamungus once a year in spring for winter dormant plants and Autumn for Summer dormant plants. Otherwise I use a very week dose of liquid fertilizer once a month incorporated in my watering in growing periods.
Hi there. I have just got a Greenovia too, but found it has lots of dry leaves at the bottom. Any suggestions on how to treat them? Do I leave them there?
@@GrowingSucculentswithLizKsaya juga punya greenovia bagaimana merawatnya? Saya tinggal di Jakarta Indonesia lokasi dataran rendah. Saya punya sering mati. Bagaimana ya cara perawatannya. Terimakasih
I find that they like fairly rich free draining soil. What I use is a premium potting mix (one part) with slow release fertilizer added. Then I add 25% pumice and 25% coco peat.
