Here's the thing about robbing peoples grows, you need to know lots of details about the grow, the most important information is how far along the plants are. If you rob plants that are 3 weeks then they are worthless. The peak harvest window is just a few days so if you're planning to rob finished plants you have to pin point the harvest day, good luck with that because even the grower only has a rough idea of when it'll be and will only know the harvest point when the time comes. Now, lets say you rob the plants at the wrong time, you now need to finish growing the plants somewhere else, that requires all the equipment and knowledge to grow and if you have all that then whats the point of robbing someone? You could just grow your own. Even if you do somehow luck out and rob the plants at their peak maturity, you now have to dry and cure the plants, which equipment and knowledge is also needed to do it properly. This story is horrible, poor guy died because of people with seriously low IQ's. The guy was trying to grow his own stash to avoid people just like the ones who killed him 🤦🏼♂️
This video begs the question who ratted that poor lad out. It had to have been someone very close to him. Pure betrayal that'll never be brought to light and if anyone deserved a joint enterprise its the rat who sold him out to the low life thieves 💯💩
@@lynnusman2822 Me too 😊 His voice is so relaxing, and comforting to listen to. The production of the videos and music is so calming, chill and interesting
Absolutely no way unless your vegging full on trees 😂 really depends on strain and how you are doing it. A heavy indica in a scrog with the right methods will pull you 8 or slightly more per plant. Only need 4 for a Ki if you do it right. Still with these electricity prices and water rates, the chance of being violently robbed no thanks👎🏻
@@NGT4LIFE at £20 gram then 5oz might get close but the prosecution prices are always wildly inflated. They value 1kg of cocaine at £100,000 😕 £3,000 per cannabis plant is just so ridiculous I'm surprised they can keep a straight face while reading it out aloud. It's basically lying to the court in order to make the crime appear worse and I'm surprised more defence barristers or whoever don't make more of an issue challenging it.
No.. decriminalising in Holland, California, Canada etc has shown only that it increases the number of idiots who take to it and then go on to harder drugs, all of which rack up the crime numbers.. in addition, your 'weed' is shown to result in mental problems if used over long periods.. Leave it as it is.. harsher sentences for the growers and dealers... extremely harsh sentences when it leads to serious crime.
It happened to me. I ended up with a broken leg and a hole in my head where I was hit with a hammer. The house was empty. I made the mistake of thinking I could trust someone and they set a team up in less than 24 hrs. Luckily I’d moved everything in those 24 hours. I ended up scrapping with one of the guys in the street, all my neighbours came out. Once it was over I was stood in the middle of the road on 1 leg with blood pouring down my head. My glasses got knocked off so I couldn’t see properly. I had to ask the crowd if the guys had gone. Once they said “yes” I had to ask them all to please not ring the police and that I’d be sorting it out. The shit that caused me was unbelievable.
they all looked older than mid 20's I thought the bloke on the right was pushing 40. Either its the paranoia or the green but they need to invest in skincare
Respect to ya honesty, consideration, efforts an decision to continue to expose these tragedies. Your admittance to how you are personally affected offers an invaluable aspect to this important work that you do.
Madness..... A total waste of a man's life who worked to serve n help others.. 4 silly men who thought wrongly that they were on to a big grow.... A few plants at best... 26 YRS for what.... Crime don't pay
I had my front door put through by weed robbers while I was home one sunny Sunday afternoon! I don’t even grow it. Got wrong house. Police accused me of owing money to loan sharks.
Joint enterprise should stick in this case. Farquhar had a choice as soon as they realised the house was occupied - stay or leave. Stay means all bets are off - there's no way to predict how the householder would act, and violence was a distinct possibility.
Jimmy McGovern made a film about Joint Enterprise ten years ago. It was based on a true story and I remember my blood boiling at the injustice. If anybody hasn't seen it, the film is called 'Common'.
@@dantevxv1501 i'd disagree. but we're allowed to not agree in this free speech country. i see a guy with autism simply driving people to rob weed. he had no idea they would be pulling that murder. he should be prisoned accordingly, not for this fantasy crime he never committed.
@@denaco i see evidence of a drug abusing, anti social, repeat offending criminal. If your saying he should be detained in a psychiatric hospital indefinitely for being a danger to the public instead of prison, i can see that. If you think he should claim he has a mental condition that should spare him punishment for intentional criminal behaviour to benefit himself at the cost of others, not so good.
Thanks man. Once again a great detailed video. I was thinking the same about Christopher, not a dealer or criminal, but a NHS worker. Growing a few plants for his down time after seeing who knows what at the hospital. It's rumour and Chinese whispers that's happened, and 6 plants becomes 12 plants, 12 plants become 2 rooms full. Before you know it there's grands and grands worth of plants. It makes me wonder, how they never saw his wife and kids when doing surveillance. Anyway may Christopher RIP, and I hope his wife and kids all the best wishes at coping with such a tragedy. Talking of down time, make sure you get yours. If you don't post for a week or two, that's not a problem with the quality of what you produce. I often tell people who are into true crime, to check out the 'Raccoon Whisperer, James Blackwood.' He feeds wild raccoons, his most watched video is mobbed by raccoons. It's a chilled channel, on the other side of the spectrum from murder documentaries. Anyway, you probably have your own ways for down time. I'm just saying take care of yourself and don't feel you have to post every week.
It’s a private one the NHS pays ridiculous amounts to keep people there and they keep you in the place as long as possible to get as much as they can and they use seclusion rooms like a cell with nothing in it no toilet or anything you have to use a paper kidney dish as a toilet they aren’t supposed to be used as punishment but they did it was in one a week and a half was there from 13 -17
All four who got convicted on joint enterprise, everybody gets 26yrs except the one man who got 14yrs. Says something that. Thank you for these videos. First class.
@@superlazy3355 Mate in a Sea of green 100 grams a plant in a 3 ltr pot is Huge, yh if you want to grow a monster in a 50ltr pot veg it for 8 weeks get 500g a sqm go for it but we veg for 2 weeks and flipp em quick ,is much better
This case is just sad and senseless. Bad intel set it in motion down a pathway to some ones murder. The joint enterprise charge is a shaky one but as soon as they got in the car the die was set. Having weapons sealed as for the intent. Sad for the family. Thanks for posting....
thank you, you have to have a heart of stone not to, after going through their lives and that moment in time that the criminals and the victims lives are changed forever
Such a sad case, those low life's don't put the work in themselves and will rob anyone for a quick buck nice ending thought at the end brings it into perspective,
I got done with 12 plant's and it was just a production of a controlled substance charge but i wasn't fiddling my leccy and I had 6 in the propogator so only half were mature.
12 comes under personal possession in my constabulary..the only time the police come is when they have a tip off your grow is about to get raided..and that always 2 days too late
@@Mrmallet777 I was doing about 20 quid a week on the leccy this was back in 2009 and they won't report it but the police can find out who supplies you and contact them to get the three points of evidence they need to get a warrant for your address.
Yeah back in the 90's I had a mate that got 2 years for 30 plants, last year I saw someone get a suspended sentence for 40 plant's how times have changed lol.
Always look forward to your videos coming out. I've even started putting mine out earlier so im not distracted from watching yours 😂 Excellent content as always 👏👏 Edit: It saddens me that someone would take someone elses life so flippantly, just to make some quick cash! Such a messed up world we live in.
I think the guy who gave the information who obviously knew the victim personally should be found and given more time than the fools that fell for this stupidness. Poor guy, can't trust anyone these days
0:40: "...four men who are about to commit the perfect crime" 😂😂😂. I can't believe that you said that 😂😂😂. 12:40: Eh Callum (and his family), you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes.
It's sad to say but if you do this kind of stuff you can only attract bad stuff. Just stick to doing good in this world and you will only receive nothing but good
Its not exactly rocket science is it ffs! Kids just raised wrong these days - kids raising kids, no dads, no community. Young men raised by listening to pretend gangster rappers, thinking there’s such a thing as easy money ! Not for the working class there isn’t
What do you think of this joint enterprise? All I know about are joint favourites. The guy who give the info should be tracked and given life too..Another good listen my brummie friend
I think joint enterprise is needed. Mitigation can be used for those deemed not so responsible and would encourage those in that position to give evidence. It's harsh but I think it's necessary in serious cases if justice for the victims I'd the goal. Bottom line don't get involved because if crap goes sideways , everyone carrying the can.
Me and a good friend had a grow on for several years, until my friend passed aged 40 over 20 years ago, we was very shrewd and never mentioned anything, was for a few years, but wile we wasn’t under suspicion others who got into the game didn’t stick to the basic rules tell nobody, I was horrified a few months back when someone mentioned what we was up to after hearing about someone looking to buy weed from a planed attack on our room. And the guy who was telling me he warned them not to even think about it, so I was lucky and obviously nothing is secret, was mainly for our own consumption if we was ever raided as we just had 4 growing, truly blessed and I wouldn’t even conceder doing it again. 🙏
The joint enterprise is tough at times BUT everyone knows taxing people comes with extreme violence and threats. Theres nobody get taxed and not hurt. So sitting in a car whilst your friend, who you KNOW is a violent, scary guy, heads off with 2 others to brutalise somebody is no excuse. I hate taxers, theyre the lowest form of life. Bullies who are too thick or untrustworthy to get their own thing going. No sympathy. I feel so sorry for the victim and his family. It was always my biggest fear AND my grandfather was murdered at 85 by a hamner wielding thug in his own front room. Who was only out of jail for 48 hours. It ruined my mums health and i still struggle with it.
Of course the family of the convicted is going to argue that "oh he was in the car the whole time, he has autism etc." Personally I couldn't care less. The damage these gangs and county lines do is devastating, and they won't give a toss about their victims. So why should I care for them? They knew the risks involved.
Joint enterprise is a grey one ain’t it? People are being put down for massive sentences for simply being there, but it has to stay because it’s a great deterrent in my opinion. The reason you are affected by things like this is because you are clearly a good man, and I am guessing a family man. The anxiety is created because you relate to the victim in such a real way, it taps into our fears and own vulnerability. Fantastic Video mate and god bless .. ✌🏻 🙏🏼
Im from live in Northampton. Raeburn rd is in Kingsley park but yet never heard of this case!! Rip christopher, hope ya family finds peace during these trying times!
Interesting and thoughtful comments on the joint enterprise law and it's made me think, but I would say that by agreeing to take part in the conspiracy to commit the crime don't you surrender the right to individual legal consideration as you've become part of a group.
I’ll let you guys know something, crops that get licked are mostly stardog and haze, those plants can get you between 3-10 z’s five or take depending on the size of the plant and what stage you catch the grow in. Since it’s stardog or haze mostly the price for that is already low so when you lick a crop that hasn’t been cured or anything it’s lowered again most of the time these ounces go for 70-110. So unless your licking good weed or loads of plants at a time it’s quick but kind of small change since groups of 5+ go out while the guys that scout the crop stay inside and take half the cut leaving u to split the rest
There's a similar thing in the U.S., Texas, iirc, and there has been a judge who's really gone mental in some cases. Basically its a bad as this - Say you and 6 of your friends are walking together on your way home and your friend picks up a rock to throw through someones window and it actually hits some old person and they end up in hoslital and pass away, this law can mean that your friend who randomly did it will all be charged the same. Obviously its a little more complex but thats the simplest way i could put it, and it is actually as ludicrous as that.
Not to take away from the crime but ive watched a couple of joint enterprise documentarys and some people got life for speaking to the killer on the night of the offence and not knowing they spoke to a killer then got heavy sentence themselves.
Thus happened in my hometown. I remember this at the time. Poor guy, what a bunch of horrible wankers. They deserve everything they got. 🤦🏾♂️. May Christopher rest in peace and condolences to the family.🕊️
