Yes !!! This is the greatest romantic comedy ever... It has a special place in my heart... It's a reminder of how awesome it is to fall in love with the right person .
the look on her face when he starts singing is either real or its the best acting ive ever seen. i can almost feel her heart beat faster. its all quite beautiful and very believable. norm mcdonald said it best i think when he said to adam sandler that he thinks that he and drew have so much chemistry because they both seem very ageless and that when they act together its like watching too innocent children fall in love with one another and it looks very genuine and heart warming
I love that his song isn't about the "highlight" parts of marriage, but instead it's about dirty dishes, illnesses, house stuff. There's such a contrast between Robbie singing about all the things he'll do to take care of her, but Glenn only talked about what she would do for him. Robbie recognized how hollow hooking up was, and this song shows he really understands how a husband should cherish his wife. It's an incredibly powerful scene and song.

When she realises it’s him is easily the most heartwarming moment in movie history. She goes from giving up her life to realising her dreams in one magical moment. Bravo Drew Barrymore. One of my favourite scenes in film.
This has got to be one of the sweetest moments in all of Hollywood moments. You can definitely feel the love between them two. After all these years, this scene still brings tears to my eyes.

They did a combined interview on Jimmy Fallon a couple of years ago. They sang a made up version of this song, and at the end Sadler sang “I wanna grow old with you...Drew”. She started to cry and kissed him. You can tell they are really close. It’s on RU-vid, definitely worth a watch

I hate adam sandler when he plays in comedy roles and shit like that .Hes a good actor and should take up roles that suit his acting skills .He should relise now that hes not a cheap act .His proformence in Dramatic roles are fanastic and hits right in the heart .
Drew's expression as she recognizes that Adam is singing to her is priceless. She says so much without words. Of a different caliber, Emma Stone has a serious moment in LaLa Land where she's in a concert audience and her facial expression changes betraying so many thoughts and disappointment with Ryan Gosling. Those are the two best unspoken face captures I can remember. One more thing...Drew's reaction completely humanized her and was entirely unexpected in a goofy comedy.

Evertime Sandler and drew get together they make magic this is a couple of ppl in hollyweird that I can say has the best onscreen chemistry!! THE BEST CHEMISTRY!!!
I love this movie. When I first watched it I wanted to see it because Drew Barrymore was in it and I think she’s absolutely adorable. Now several years later I still melt whenever I watch it.

This is imo, the best Adam Sandler movie by far. A lot of his movies were silly comedy just for the sake of it, but this one really has an inner heart to it, and the 80s aesthetic throughout is everything. Love this film.
I'm not a massive fan of Adam Sandler movies in general, but sometimes he gets it right and this movie is one of them. And I'd say that it's in no small part to the brilliant performance Drew Barrymore puts in. This scene alone shows just how much she is able to convey going from resignation to elation without saying a single word. Of course, it's not all down to just her, because Adam shines in this movie too. Plus the chemistry the two of them have is palpable
I just watched this movie last night, The Wedding Singer and it's one of my favorite movie's ever, especially this song he wrote for her, I adore it and I love this scene so much!♡
This is back when Adam Sandler actually made good movies, not great, but good. This scene is actually heat-warming, Barrymore acting was, quoting some of the comments of this video, spot on, Sandler actually made me like his character through the entire movie, there were some fairly decent jokes. This is one of my favorite Adam Sandler's movie and performance as well. Adam if you ever see this comment pls give us this, not this exact format, but this kind of work, we know you can do better we know you're talented.
I hope they make a movie in the future with them as an old couple in their 80’s. Then this song will play in the background of one of the scenes or for the credits. I swear I will burst into tears of that happens.
