As a result of the soil analysis, the pH was 6.37 and our soil is a sandy soil. What would your suggestion be?

First you lower your soil pH buy adding some slow release sulphur. You use no more than 400 pounds to the acre and it will lower it quickly. Also keep in mind that when you plant with peat moss, the peat moss itself has a very low pH of around a 3 pH so when you mix that with your soil 50/50 it should put you where you need to be. No blueberry farmer has a perfect soil pH of a 4.8 and our family have soil pH levels that range from 4.1 to 5.6 and the blueberry bushes still produce lots of blueberries but the perfect soil pH is 4.8 for blueberries. Go easy on the sulphur. Don't put too much. It's better to go light on the sulphur and then test again in another six months.
