4:05 Am I the only one still waiting for these seeds to be planted and watch them grow? Because according to the title, we should expect that process... 🙈🙈
I'm not sure if anyone else has mentioned before, but I would be very careful giving Lala (the dog!) cooked chicken bones! They can splinter apart puncture a dog's intestines and it's not fun. :( On another note, though! All the food you make looks so yummy! Some day I'd like to try out some of these delicious-looking foods. :)
I thought about growing sesames but wasn’t sure what to do with them or how to process them. I will try next year for sure. Here in America we are drilled not to give cooked chicken bones to our dogs. That the cooked bones can damage their intestines. I’m curious if that is taught in other cultures.
Chinese agricultural history dates back 12 thousand years , its cuisine is also ancient. If this channel explores these ancient legacies I'll be watching till I die . 🤓
You are right. Chinese civilization is focused on agriculture, and its industrialization is so rapid that its food traditions have not yet been eroded by industrialization, while the opposite is true in the West. What is more interesting is that the modern technology brought about by industrialization has enabled these traditions to be better preserved and spread, so that they can be shared with the world. In fact, to understand Chinese civilization, food is a good perspective. As Lao Tzu said, governing a great country is like cooking a small fish.
