Hi Friends beautiful Dasheens, send me a bit have it seen anything like that for many moons. Most of the ground provisions we get here i the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 are inferior and inedible. Don’t know what country they’re coming from but they’re definitely not very nice. Happy planting can’t wait to see the grown produce ❤❤❤

My daddy alwsys say dashine dosnt grow down ,it grows up so he always planted it very deep .is that how it goes my people?

I usually watch youtube from my TV but had to log on to my laptop to leave a comment. I absolutely LOVE your farm on the rocks! Each time I try to encourage my relatives and friends in Jamaica to grow something, they come up with a ton of excuses. I am also creating my food forest however, I haven't uploaded any of those videos to youtube as yet. I have uploaded a few on my facebook and instagram pages, but not here. I am curious about your beets that you plan to grow. I'm assuming you plan on sowing them soon. Do beets grow well in the heat in Jamaica? I also see your cabbages growing in the heat. What cultivar of cabbages are those? Are they heat tolerant? I live in a similar climate to Jamaica, Right now, we are in the high 90's and raining a lot and I wouldn't dare grow those because the bug pressure is high. I only grow brassicas effortlessly in the cooler weather. Patiently awaiting your response. Those taros look amazing! A weh supermarket a guh!

I love dasheen too, bur what we get to buy is nothing like the ones in Jamaica 🇯🇲 ❤
