loved it. I have an eclectic garden and I try to do a lot of what your subject spoke about but in a 10 x 15 foot garden. I can grow, can and give away a lot of veggies. But I do it for the mental health aspect of it.
Loved seeing your garden - I have a similar style. One of my favorite ways to use leaf celery, old beet greens and swiss chard is to dry them to add to soups etc.
