In the beginning, you have awareness for only a few seconds, so it is like a seed. This awareness has to grow. #shorts #buddhism #mingyurrinpoche #tergar #meditation #awareness #compassion #wisdom #buddha
Thank you so so so much for this. Its so motivating. My awareness is for very short period of time but now i know it will become like an apple some day
The immeasurable wisdom I have gained from guru vajradhara Mingyur rinpochhe is most precious, I am indebted and I pay homage to you. Om ah hung vajra guru padma siddhi hung 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🐚🌸🌼🌺
Thank you for everything you do I have been practicing since spring of 2019 and I've understood that progress in meditation is understanding that there's no such thing
Yes, we are all there with meditation. It's within us all, we just have to uncover it, remember it's there, "always, always" as the great sage Buddha Osho said. "Meditation begins where the mind ends"...it's a nondoing!
You're beautiful Mingyur!!! I am still amazed by what Tibetian culture has achieved before us, simply because of A.I, I hope that matter is also consciouness!! Much love!
@@tashilhamu4510 thanks... With awareness everything good... Insomnia also good... Please lean about bardo... I can understand your problem... But I can't explain in English... If you can't sleep accept it... Be aware of your insomnia...
rinpoche, your stories are most valuable. i watch hundreds of your videos and often learn something new when i gained something different the last time i watched the same video.
This is the most revealing example regarding our awareness that we have as a child which slowly gets covered due to over education or over thinking therefore clouding our minds and leading to anxiety and unhappiness.
Your wisdom is what the everyday person can use. I am hearing your teachings in my daily life, I carry them with me. Thank you for all you do. I will follow you always.
Awareness of what? Of myself? I'm going to try to mediate 5 or 10 minutes a day and not focus just be. I dont know if that's right but I'm gonna try something
Awareness of Awareness. Ask yourself, What is aware? In walking meditation, What is aware of the footfalls? What is aware of the sun on my cheeks? What is aware the dog barking? Then you will come to the place of Awareness and turn Awareness onto itself. One step towards Enlightenment...when Awareness is on itself 24/7/365 you are a Buddha. When Awareness is momentary, it's a glimpse of Oneness, of Enlightenment, called a satori.
This is an absolute delight. I had the pleasure of reading something similar, and it was an absolute delight. "Mindful Mastery: Living Intentionally in a Chaotic World" by Kyle Ash
