There are also people his age with that kind of maturity level. Ever heard some tell a youngster that they have an "old soul"? But either way, the story has to move along. The point isn't the job, but that she takes the job for granted and, therefore, she doesn't need a degree or instructions. Everybody is aware of the artistic world's cruelty and relying completely on your present job, or to the family welfare, is reckless. This show states constantly the same theme: the different opportunities and realities each person experiences in college are not the same and, at a times, not equal. However, this episode proves exactly the opposite by portraying young adults acting like spoiled kids who complains about society and act like they know better.

Black Santa not really most good colleges have a readmission application and you’re generally accepted. Especially since she’s gonna have good experience to get back for her fashion degree. If for some strange reason they don’t admit her back she can transfer her credits to another college. It’s really not as hard as people are thinking 🤔 it’s only really hard not to get in if you suck or if you have no money tbh

zoey has a blanket; her parents. this is what people are forgetting. she’s very privileged so if it doesn’t end up working out she can go back home or re-enroll, but that’s the risk she is taking. she can get her experience and finish college later. she already has 6 covers out, she’s destined to get more cliental working with Joey, seems like a rational decision to me.

Although I don't agree with her dropping out, I completely understand why she did it and happy that she will at least be making good use of her time in what she wants to do. She can always re-enroll and I hope that happens soon or find another option to finish. Aaron and Zoey are so endgame. Been rooting for them since he appeared on Blackish. Her face as she braced herself on what kind of response he'd give her said she really cares about what he thinks. He didn't tell her she was wrong and supported her, as he always does. How obvious is it that Aaron and Zoey are the main couple and that they just don’t wanna deal with them yet 😭😭😭 that’s why they have them kiss every season to remind us like hey, it’s these two but have it remain underdeveloped like they have unlimited seasons. idk i feel mad that aaron not only forgave her easily (heard she had a panic attack *typical zoey* so he rushed to her *typical aaron*) but he also gave her advice afterwards and then at the end of the episode he expressed to her how he will miss her then kissed her. zoey dont deserve this shit. still an immature girl with no charcater development since blackish

Ok well it’s obvious you don’t have friends. When friends have arguments, (especially as close as Aaron and Zoey are) that doesn’t mean you just ignore them, especially when one just had a panic attack. Aaron wasn’t realizing that him being mad her was adding most stress on her plate, so he was just trying to make it better. The point is, it doesnt matter how mad he gets at Zoey, he’ll always love and be there for her

What this show and blackish have taught us is it isn't about race. If you have money, you'll be just fine in life. Two kids drop out of college and still land good jobs. One through nepotism the other through financial support. No loans, no stress, no pressure, free to follow your dreams. These Johnson kids have more privilege than most white people.

So many kids can't to gocollege because their parents can't afford it, she is so lucky and had only one year left. If my child told me they are dropping out they are not moving back to my house they can go to their job buy their own place and start paying rent. I don't care if her parents rich I grew up poor so what ever my parents have it's theirs I don't look at anything.
