Every season of sentai has different characters, sometimes actors return to play different characters and even in the earlier seasons they would bring in different characters to replace team members, not going to spoil them incase you want to watch earlier seasons

GOGO V It's amazing, soundtrack, robots and theme. There are five brothers who are firefighter, policeman, doctor, etc, each of them are heroes before the series even starts. GOGOV came from a lot of suffering Japan had from earthquakes and other natural problems in the early part of the decade. The opening lyrics mean: "Saving a Live is saving the future, go further, GOGOV"

Fun Fact: Liveman and Turboranger opening is sung by their red ranger.

Gokaiger, the pirate one, was peak sentai. The opening doesn't make it clear, but the plot synopsis is that they are a band of space pirates fighting an evil empire. The empire attempts to invade earth but all previous 34 sentai teams temporarily push them back, but at the sacrifice of expending their powers, scattering it into space. Gokaigers find most of the powers and are able to utilize them as keys to turn into any of the previous 34 sentai teams and they come to earth in search of a legendary treasure. When gokaigers return for specials or anniversary episodes you find out they can also use keys of teams from newer seasons so long as those teams lend them their powers. They have even turned into Kamen Riders and Metal Heroes. They are probably the most OP team in all of sentai haha.

Love to see more people reacting to Super Sentai Openings, and if you don't mind, i want to leave some clarifications or fun facts on some openings i saw you confused about: 4:08 Battle Fever J is the first season that featured a Giant Robot, and most curiously, this season was actually co-created with Marvel comics, as they designed the first versions of the suit, reason why some look so peculiar. 15:17 Mostly yeah, within some exceptions like Go-Busters, or a few actors that played multiple characters on different seasons. 26:05 Ohranger is quite the case, it was created to celebrate the 20th aniversary and it actually it's the best selling Super Sentai season till this day... yet, it's also one of the most disliked, due to some big mid-show changes it suffered. 33:05 The season and show are both from 2000, but most of the rangers actually come from the year 3000. 39:52 Magiranger is magic yeah, as a fun fact, the idea of using magic was actually a suggestion from Disney, as with the boom of magic-related movies and shows on mid 2000's, they thought a Magic themed sentai would be a success. 41:56 Almost by 1 year, Boukenger is from 2006. 49:12 To make it short, at some point there was a "Legendary War" between the first 34 sentais and part of the Zangyack army, where all sacrificied their powers that were spreaded throught the universes as keys. Here come the Gokaigers, 5 pirates that collected all those keys and have the ability of using the suits and powers of the previous 34 teams, however, they still are searching for the "secret power" that each of those team's members still have on Earth, which makes for some nice fanservice of returning actors and post-series epilogues. 1:00:24 Yeah, they are rivals due to their different objectives, but still have a main villan they both fight. 1:02:36 It's a mix of medieval knights and dinousaurs... Toei really likes to use the Dinosaurs theming, as it usually sell slightly more toys than usual, and sales these years are quite discret. 1:04:35 Toei decided to experiment A LOT with this aniversary season, Zenkaiger, as 4 of the members are actually robots, whose suits are mean to resemble the big robots of previous seasons, in fact, all members and power ups are inspired by a previous season of sentai, and the season overall leans more towards comedy and daily life adventures. 1:05:54 And continuing with Toei's weird experiments, Donbrothers decided to introduce 2 CGI-mainly members (the black and pink one), with members resembling characters from a Traditional japanese legend. Also, akin to Gokaiger, they can transform into previous sentai teams, but limited to the ones post-Gokaiger so far.

Super Sentai and Kamen Rider are made by same company Toei, and both be broadcasted in Sunday morning by same TV station. Japanese tokusatsu fun collectively call them "Nitchi-Asa". (Nitch-youbi(日曜日): Sunday Asa(朝): morning) So, many Sentai and Rider crossover movies and special TV shows was also made by Toei.

In total that was 47 ops, with Go-busters having 2 ops, though granted that number goes to 49 if you include the 2 ops for Akibaranger, the unofficial Sentai team, which was a spoof series that celebrates the history of Sentai prior to Gokaiger, the 35th Sentai team and Zenkaiger the 45th.

Fun Fact : Battle Fever J is a Super Sentai television series co-creation between Toei and Marvel. And they also co-created 2 more super sentai series, Denziman and Sun Vulcan. Fun Fact 2 : Sun Vulkan was almost adapted into the first Power Rangers series by Stan Lee in the '80s, but it failed because Americans at the time said, "Americas don't care about Asian series! "

One thing to note, expanding upon the differences in super sentai and power rangers, some of the teams were 4 men and a female. In Power Rangers, they went with 3 males and 2 females. Example: Zyurangers- the Yellow Ranger was Boi, whereas Trini was the yellow Ranger. Which is why she didn't have a skirt as part of her costume. And in case you missed it, Zyurangers was the series that became Power Rangers.

Fun Fact: Super Sentai was actually attempted to be brought over multiple times. Spider-Man creator Stan Lee was even involved. The closest of these failed attempts was Jetman which is very surprising since that series is very adult in nature. For example, the black ranger was a chain smoking alcoholic womanizer that fights dirty who is part of a love triangle with the red and white ranger.

1:00:27 "Thief sentai LupinRanger vs Police sentai Patranger" is a Lupine whose purpose is to recover the item because a group of monsters from another world stole the mysterious item that Arsene Lupine had collected. It's a story about a ranger and a patronager whose purpose is to kill monsters. Lupinranger and Patranger are competing with each other as Patranger tries to kill the monster with every item it has for the peace of the citizens.

Kiramager is interesting because it features a special female character and vehicle zords. It's intentionally similar to turboranger because turbo was the first season of the Heisei era and Kiramager was the first full season of the Reiwa Era. Also the opening theme singers are sometimes the same person. The same man sang Boukenger and Goseiger openings, the same man did Hurricaneger and Zyuohger, and the same man sang the openings for Ninninger and Kiramager.

Something to note about Super Sentai in comparison to Power Rangers is the insanely different plots. Mighty Morphin Power Rangers would have teenagers fight a space witch over petty things. Zyuranger would have *ancient warriors* fighting a space witch over the *death of her son* at one point battling against *Satan!*

Zenkaiger was based of the 45th anniversary of Super Sentai which the team that the main lead was Zenkaizer based between of Akaranger [from Goranger] and Big One [from JAKQ] and the robots were based off the theme of past mecha, and Twokaizer was gold version of Gokaiger. But DonBrothers is based off the Don Momotaro legend with virtual reality, but interesting is that the middle of the series that their mecha is actually the team fused together in mecha form.
