There was actually a state that tried to secede when the USSR collapsed. However, it only lasted 8 years before Russia declared war and defeated the separatist state.

The logo sounds more like it was Asian (referring to Eastern Asia) despite Ichkeria being in the Caucasus.

2000, when it was fully annexed by Russia by war, although it was just a separtist country which no country recognised

Tbh does not look so separatist. And Russia partially recognized it till I do not remember when. Also, many countries separated from the USSR. To the point that from 26-31 december 1991 the USSR still existed, but it was only Kazakhstan.

Ichkeria wasn't really a nation, it was an autonomous community kinda like what catalonia is to spain

So, Ichkeria wasn't a nation, but it was a state creating by Chechens, who IS a nation. And in 1991-2000 Chechen Republic of Ichkeria was a really state, but recognised only by Georgia.
