There are no women pastors. A Pastor is one of 3 titles given to an Elder, who has to be elected by the congregation. Denominations throw the word pastor around to mean preacher, but that isn't the case at all. And only men can be Elders, with certain specific requirements at that. This is covered in 1st and 2nd Timothy, Titus, and mentioned in a few other books in the New Testament.
