Hi Frankie, I take magnesium for anxiety as well, and it does help. You’re twitching in your eye is most likely coming from the magnesium when you first start taking it. It takes your body a minute to get used to it. Magnesium does affect the muscles and has a calming affect. I’m glad to hear that it’s been helping.

I take 4 daily and mine are 350 mg. To Frankie's point, they really work. I was having heart palpitations and a woman in an herb shop told me not to assume I had a heart condition.
