Yessss I deal with the same thing, what I do is I focus on my myself and what I believe in. As well as teaching the other students about God . It helps a lot.

I’d say dear it’s best to go to a church. The bible says do not forsake the gathering of the brethren. And most important to find a bible teaching church. Fellowship is another aspect. Hope this helps!

Well, in order to know if your church isn't practicing or preaching falsely is by simply knowing God's word and asking the Lord to bring you the where He wants you to be. Perhaps at the church you go to, when they announce what the message will be and what verses they'll use in the teaching, go home and look up those verses, or find the topic in the Word. See if they're being used in the right context. 2nd Peter describes what false teachers are and how to identify them, and why they're false. Church is the fellowship of other believers coming together to praise the Lord, to hear His Word, and be further made like Jesus by being taught out of the Word. A time for counseling and encouragement for us and our brothers and sisters. No church is perfect. But God and the Bible is perfect. And if that church's foundation is built on the Bible, the whole Bible, and the congregation seeks to follow it wholly, that should be a very nice place to be in with the Lord. ❤️ "Thine word is a lamp to my feet and a light unto my path."
