OMG it's like if Christmas, my birthday, and a slumber party with my bestest girls all happened at the same time!! See all this business chat and talking about meetings and specific experiences as a woman in business… It is so empowering & reassuring to hear people I look up to talk about those things! I feel like sometimes RU-vidrs think we, the viewers, aren’t interested in the back-end stuff, but I think a good chunk of us are small business owners or maybe big business owners or freelancers or women in business generally, or even aspiring to be. I really love learning from other women about how they deal with specific business situations and what inspires them etc etc. All that to say I would love to hear more about the ins and outs of your work and behind the scenes stuff that you are able to share of course! (That idea that the marketing team made a balls of sounds right up my street! If it was done properly haha)

I love how your management approaches are so different! I used to be the kind of person who had to do everything and do it well. I’ve learned to delegate more and really put my whole heart into the things I like most or feel most natural, to play to my strengths. I can see both approaches and what’s great about them. I really liked hearing you both talk about the parts of starting a brand that you don’t like or aren’t good at, that’s so interesting to me! I work for a small LLC under a large healthcare organization so I interact with our executives fairly often and one thing I really like about them is that they know we’re the subject matter expert in the room and have no problem with someone else running the show. Our CEO always tells us that she never wants to be the smartest person in the room, because if she is, she’s done something wrong. I so appreciate that you both understand the importance of that as well!
