That's exciting! In eighth grade try to have as much fun as possible with your friends and such since they might be moving school next year! I had a lot of friends leave in that year sadly. Its also the last year you don't have to worry about grades as much as in highschool. So just enjoy this year cause it will go by so fast!

Except I have been homeschooled my whole entire life (besides going to preschool) but yeah I have zero social skills and any idea on what I’m doing but my mom is a new teacher there this year so I got to go in the building early and I now memorized my route so at least I have a small head start 😅 my school starts August 12th 😬 I’ll be praying for you!
@@velvetykisses I'm going into freshman year too!! However Utah is weird, most of our schools are k-6 and then 7-9 so I'm still gonna be attending a middle school as a 9th grader which is dumb because 9th graders in Utah don't get the full freshman experience until they're sophomores 😭
Here is 7th grade tips and like overall middle school tips: Don’t stress Just be yourself Be kind to teachers Be kind to other Students Keep 2-3 really close friends, have others but have 2-3 you can always go to Don’t have to focus on grades too much but start caring so that in high school it’s very easy cause 8th will be demanding as well Make friends with teachers Don’t legs people out Don’t talk about people behind their back Don’t focus on being popular focus on what’s important Boys are not the most important thing in the world, they don matter in middle school or high school Also don’t start or get involved in fights Don’t start drama or be invonvd in unnecessary drama that you are not involved Don’t be fake Don’t be a pick me Study when you have harder tests and learn study habits for later in other grades Make sure u keep yourself clean, and look neat Keep your bag neat Don’t do too much makeup all you need is mascara and some brow gel maybe some concealer Do, skincare if like it don’t do it for anyone else Don’t go to parties as they are not for 7th graders more like juniors in high school Don’t sneak out Listen to your parents build a good bond with them Hang out with friends but don’t hang out with friend when you have homework you have to do If you have any like specific questions just reply back and I’ll be happy to answer I am a 10th grader this year and had a very iffy experience in middle school so I ca help make it better for you!
I started school Monday August 5th. I am a sophomore and honestly, sophomore year (for me so far) is way better than freshman year! Upcoming sophomores, don’t worry! You’ll be fine 😊 upcoming freshman, keep your head and be yourself 😊
My freshman year was horrid, I lost over half of my friends and ended up being apart of drama i didn’t even know i was apart of though I did find my best friend who told me about everything going on and I also got with my bf so it wasn’t the worst but it was pretty bad for me sophomore year is gonna she better as long as I don’t like break my knee again 😭

I start august 15 and I’m lowkey exited .. where I live all the elementary schools go up to 6th grade so this will be my first time in middle school and just a new school in general.. Wish everyone luck ❤🎉

i went to 6th last year! good luck my year was honestly pretty fun! some tips if you want: •don’t keep drama going try to end it as soon as possible (that means being the bigger person and apologizing. its good for character development too) •boys. normally in the 6th grade all boys are still immature and all that. because well its science.🤷♀️so don’t try to start relationships because you are to young and it’s gonna end up badly
I'm starting freshman year in some days. The girls who talk about what friends they have in each class make me nervous because I've been homeschooled for 5 years so I don't have any friends and I gained social anxiety from being isolated so long
My advice for middle school is like just be yourself and don’t let the “popular girls” get to your head, for me my first year of middle school I was really weird and hung out with all the weird kids so my advice is don’t do that lol and also do after school activities bc you’ll make new friends and also just in middle school in general you WILL lose friends, my best friend in 5th grade just stopped talking to me and hung out with different ppl but that’s honestly fine I’ve had multiple friends leave my friend group and just know it will happen so don’t trust everyone.
UM ALSO YU DO NEED TO WORRY AT YUR GRADES BC YUR IN 8TH GRADE AND THE HS WILL DETERMINE IF YU CAN GET IT BY LOOKING AT YUR GRADES ESPECIALLY IF YOURE IN A PRIVATE SCHOOL GRADES MATTER FOR 7TH AND UP SO DONT LISTEN TO NORA BC SHE PROB WHEN TO PUBLIC SINCE SHE SAID GRADES DM!!

Honestly I know this is so basic but Remember to not be afraid to talk to people cus I guarantee that everyone has the exact same way so just walk up to people and make friends and stuff and focus on ur work and be nice to ur teachers and don’t think about dating ❤❤
hey!! im fresh out of 6th and definitely DONT talk to boys. u dont know how many rumors were made up abt me bc i talked to this one boy as a friend who wasnt my friend. just be friends with girls this year because the boys have definitely not matured yet. i prob wouldnt date bc most people will call u pick me unless ur popular. dont be friends w people who r gonna distract you the whole class. ( i was friends with a girl who would talk to me the entire class and i feel SO bad bc i was really mean to my teacher bc i would talk the entire time and my grade reached an all time low.) so my 3 tips are: 1. dont talk to boys 2. care about school but dont be nerdy 3. be freaking nice to ur teachers, theyre trying their best lol !!SORRY I WROTE A LOT LOL!!

Hii I’m going into 9th grade this year and honestly 6th grade was one of my favorites lol. Idk if you’re in middle school yet, but if it’s your first year I’d say to not stress about it cuz everyone will be confused and lost searching for their classes. Also don’t be afraid to talk to ppl! You never know, somebody could be waiting for you to talk to them cuz they think you look nice! Also don’t be nervous abt ppl judging you cuz everyone will be so busy worrying about themselves that they won’t have time to judge you. Good luck!
I just got out of 6th grade and I’m going into 7th. I overthinked a lot about it. And I thought I was gonna make no friends but I made friends for the first time in my life. My point is, if it was finally my year it might be yours too!
For me 6th grade was the worst year bc I hung out with reallly weird kids and got kinda unpopular and I was pretty ugly and then got glasses which made it worse so seventh grade was definitely better for me and I started wearing makeup and stuff and now I’m going into eighth grade and I’m scared bc this will be my last year of middle school and then after this year I’ll be in high school so enjoy being young and enjoy middle school and make sure your grades stay high!
