Here's my routine! 6:30am: wake up and have some water 💧 6:35am: make breakfast 6:45am: eat breakfast and read 📚 7:15am: get dressed 7:30am: skincare ✨️ 7:40am: coffee ☕️ and pack bag and make lunch 8:00am: teeth, hair etc. 8:15am: check up on messages and stuff 8:25am: leave for school 🏫 🥱 Idk why I'm sharing it I'm just so happy that I finally found a routine that works for me so!

I overthink a lot. And I do what you do when I start to overthink. I just think about what I could of changed if I had to. Or what I need to do next time that is different. And it does help I find ways to not overthink to much. But I feel like all people go through it. But your videos just make me so happy I love watching them❤

I really overthink about my work and like you about things I said in the past. I overthink my work when im stressed, sometimes I even overthink about a 3 x 6 question 😂. Im in my first year in middle school and it's stressful sometimes, but I just let it flow by and forget about it.
