Hey mama! I had hyperemesis gravidaram, anemia, cholestasis, heart palpitations, and my baby was breech. I was high risk the whole pregnancy and I had a doctors appointment, every week. I had HG and I had a zofran pump connected to my stomach the whole pregnancy. I also had a girl. I feel you mama. I know the struggles you’re facing. The only thing I could say is stay strong. Keep your head held high. I delivered 37 weeks and 1 day! I cried most days. Couldn’t even get out of bed because I would throw up 7-10 times a day. My baby girl Kailani came out perfect and the most happiest baby ever. NEVER FEEL AFRAID TO ASK QUESTIONS. We love you guys so much! Stay strong! ❤

You and your baby will be okkie! I am just happy your baby is growing and healthy! About 2 years ago I was unaware I was anemic, was unaware I was pregnant and went 2 months with what I thought was periods until something told me to go to the doctor for stomach pains. That’s when they told me I was pregnant but was told that I had to go straight to the ER for further analysis. After so many examinations, I was told I had an ectopic pregnancy and needed emergency surgery to remove my fallopian tube that was about to rupture. It was the worst feeling ever! I wanted to share this with you bc I want to extend my happiness towards you and your pregnancy. Having anemia can affect you at early stages but I am happy you are this far along where vitamins or change in diet is enough to keep being healthy! God is good! I love you guys! And thank you for sharing your beautiful moments!🤍

Omggg, this brought back memories. My babygirl was facing the same way and didnt want to turn around. The techs had me do alot of moving, dancing, drinking water & after the 3rd time she turned 💞

Do the spinning babies exercises!!!! They WORK!! My sister in law delivered on 12/31/23 and she was able to turn her baby at 39‼️ weeks. Eat iron rich foods for anemia. Whole food sources are always the best for absorption in your body.

Just to let u know it’s recommended to take a source of vitamin c with non-heme iron which is iron from plants and medicine for better absorption! Heme iron which comes from red meat is better absorbed by the body. I’m also taking a natural iron but pill form from bovine spleen and my iron went up by eating liver, beef, spinach, beets and taking the pill with vitamin c. Hopefully this helps 🫶🏻

My friend has had the worst luck her whole pregnancy with her ultrasounds baby girl is always facing back. We have a 4D appt set up in 3 weeks so hopfully shell be good 🤞 yall are close she's 27 weeks rn. Best of luck with your next appt!! ❤

Hey mama! I didn’t have that happen to me but I did want to give natural birthday so bad like I was ready for it but body didn’t do what it was suppose to my water broke I had horrible contraction and didn’t dilate enough and to much time had passed so had to get a c section and honestly I am so happy I did and wish I would have planned it that way from the beginning knowing baby girl was going to be big but just listen to your body and enjoy the moment ❤️

Do a lot of walking but then rest. Don’t stress yourself out! Drink a slush on the way to your dr appointment. It work with me makes them active.

Don’t worry girl, my baby was breached up until the day I went into labor I started doing the exercises in the hospital and he got into place 😅

I was anemic during my two pregnancy’s as well, I’ve heard it is very common! Also glad to hear I’m not the only one that can’t do pills 😅 it’s a mental struggle ps you got this mama I pray the baby will turn!

I had anemia as well, eat lots of lentils!! They are a lifesaver! Literally saved me from a blood transfusion after birth! 💜

Eat something sweet right before your appointment I had a slushy and drink lots of water my daughter was active for mine got so many good pictures hopefully she flips before your ultrasound

I got so itchy during my 3rd trimester!! It was the worst 😭😭 I even had it a month after birth… I tested negative for chlostasis but did have PUPPS bc it was a rash all over my body

Do the Forward-leaning Inversion - Spinning Babies. In short, it is a technique that creates room in the lower uterus. The baby can then use that space-with the natural pull of gravity-to snuggle into a more ideal position for birth.

I pray your baby will be natural and just advise don’t get epidural if you don’t need too . I suffer from second effects . Blessings!!! I was single mom i walk by self to the hospital to give birth belief all i had in that moment was God . I felt his love his strength i hold no hard feelings for her dad or anybody else because God gave me a sweet beautiful girl who is know 17 . His grace was sufficient. And your husband is amazing person to you i pray that next time you go baby girl is right place ❤

Omg i can’t swallow pills neither and i have 3 kids lol. You are going to be ok. Try gummies do your vitamins in gummies too
