I think it’s easier to get over postpartum depression and anxiety if you have money. Unfortunately when you are low income you don’t have the time to think about losing weight or looking beautiful. 😢
I disagree you don’t need money to lose weight or look/feel beautiful. It all comes from within the person if you really want it you will make it happen. There’s plenty of videos out there you can follow to workout from home meanwhile kids are sleeping or at school. Take 20 minutes a day to yourself and make yourself feel beautiful!
@@Aguilarbg I think you misunderstood the comment. We could do all that you mentioned but because we have other worries like money worries we have no time to think about “working out”. We literally have to like day to day paycheck to paycheck

I feel it will bring the wrong people who just want to gossip about you. I prefer a video of you taking out your decorations from last year and see what you want to keep and what you can donate to a family who would benefit from those items. I do a clean out and donate it brings joy to my heart.

I feel so bad you went through all of the hate and cyber bullying. I’m in the same situation as you with wanting a deeper and stronger relationship with God. Ever since I had my baby I kept having a strong feeling of wanting to read my Bible, going to church, becoming the best version of myself and I have been very happy. Also! I really needed to hear what you said. You inspire me to continue to working in myself (health and fitness) because sometimes it’s not easy being so sleep deprived (with a 4 month old baby) and having two kids juggling everything . ❤

It’s hard to be a mom pero definitivamente Dios nos da paciencia y fuerzas. Y have 3 kids under 5 yrs of age, y aveces si me súper desespero porque todos quieren algo diferente al mismo tiempo 😅 pero luego me pongo a pensar q Gracias a Dios mis hijos están sanos y está friega no es nada comparado al cansancio de las madres q tienen niños q están enfermos y necesitan más cuidados.
