I listened to your podcast the other day and I loved it, especially how well you detailed your own personal experience with anxiety. You are so well-spoken and didn't repeat yourself at all, which I loved. It was a perfect 36 minutes (great audio too!) and definitely gave me a new perspective on anxiety itself. i remember commenting run when i knew that ur ex was a cancer im an aries and my ex was a cancer it took me 6months to recover from my breakup but i wish him all the best + stay strong
