Who is the one dislike? An AB or ABB fanboy? I have been a loyal AD.com guy for years and it comes down to price, value and durability. I have had probably 5 failures that were warranty issues over almost 15 years. In those instances, the parts were swapped out without question and the customer was happy. They are continually upping the stakes with new and innovative controls that give us SI guys way more tools to tackle projects with and at a price that is unbeaten anywhere else. From PLCs to VFDs to sensors and motion controls, these guys are the David taking down the Goliaths of the industry. If you're on the fence about trying their products, make the switch. I promise you won't regret it.
On the free software webpage it says that GSoft2 is only for GS4 drives. Is it also for the GS20(X) drives now, too? I don't want to load the wrong software and brick my drive.
