I'm so pleased you are improving. Like you, I am in my 50's, and I have never been to the hospital with McArdles symptoms.

Thank you for sharing, Carrie! I hate going to the hospital (especially being in the US), but this is a good reminder for the next time I strain myself. Hopefully your thighs are on the mend and you’re feeling much better. ♥️
