@@robblackmore3952 I sorted this problem out by getting the unit replaced. I'm putting it down to a bad unit. I haven't had a problem since.

Did you find way how open and close

@@Imkerei2024 you can't, the gsm only send one signal and that signal stay up for a period of time that you can set, you can only delay the switch off signal by sms code (PASSGOT0NUM# if your pass is 1234 and 10 seconds it's 1234GOT010#), so to off that signal you need to call again, or just put 0 second off. I was thinking to use another relay that send two signals so you can change it by sms the close it time, with that you need to put the gate to manual open and close so the gsm will do it at the end we just installed a infrared sensor.

Hi, I'm looking to buy RTU5024 for big building. How do you mean it requires reset? Does it stop working every week? Thanks in advance.

Mine has just started doing this its about 2years old and now it stops working and needs a reset to get it going again? did you manage to fix your?

Markus, since you've been able to make this work we have a question for you. When sim card is in a phone, call goes through to phone. When sim card is in RTU5024, calls go directly to voicemail and does not trigger switch. Any suggestions?
