Yes it can but the GT-1C7W-L need his own power supply so you need 2 extra wires. Also is the screen is bigger then the GT-1C (7"), so the resolution won't be very nice with the old camera. This may not be so noticeable on the smartphone if you don't have a huge screen. But at least it will work.

@@manofmatter.yvezchannel yes it has the same port as the GT-1C. But I would recommend the GT-1M3-L. This has a 3,5" screen and resolution will be better.
