I remember a comment saying "I know GT stands for Grand Tour but it might as well stand for Goku Time" and it fits so perfectly with how easily he's able to body Ultimate Super Saiyan Gohan and Goten
Goku although now a child has spent his whole life training while Gohan and Goten barely do so as adults. Of course he was gonna easily whoop them even as super saiyans.

People keep making the joke about how Goku wasn't around to raise Goten but Goten was probably like 7 or so by the Buu Saga, right? Goten is 23 at this point if I'm correct, which means Goku has been alive for at least a majority of his life.
Those first 7 years are very impressionable, and Goku left again when he was a teenager to train Uub. And then consider the type of parent Goku would be. It's very easy to believe that a person like Goten would grow up to not see himself as being largely raised by his father.
@@lagsalot9357super is known as the goku abd vegeta show, the only time other characters were used were in the TOP. Gt used there cast for the 3 main arcs the only time they didn’t was for the first arc in series and that’s because they were in space😭.

@@jaketylenol GT takes place 10+ years after Z. Goku was around for at bare minimum 10 of those years. It is a fact that Goku raised Goten after Buu saga, Abridged just makes people believe he didn’t
@@cobalt318 post Buu, before Super was a thing (so the GT timeline) Goku went off to train on his own for some amount of years I forgot then comes back, spars with Goten, fights Uub, takes him away and trains with him until the events of GT, Then by GT, Goku travels the galaxy with Pan and Trunks comes back to the Baby nonesense, has a brief respit, fight Super 17, brief break again, fights the dragons, then disappears into nothingness, The Super timeline he spends some time with Goten but then goes off to train when he reaches GoD status and spends seldom amount of time with his family unless again I’m forgetting some events
@@godspeedforce9371 Well of Course, GT is like 20 years after Z so Gohan stop fully on his training so he lost his mystic form and goten can only go ssj and if Gohan even wanted to go Mystic, baby is controlling both Gohan and Goten so thats not possible
I think his sons are weaker with those parasites controlling them too. Granted its hard to tell since anyone who isn't Goku in this anime seems to just be somewhere below him.
i always thought Goku was just going to straight send them to spend some time with King Kai for a second if the actual hero of the show didn't stop him.

As his bas was equal to Uub (Kid Buu) then they both train for 5 years after that, remmember in Z, Goku has managed to get 25x stronger in 1 year training with king kai or in the HTC, now imagine 5 years, GT Base Goku at the start of GT is basically stronger than SSJ Vegito, that's why Rildo someone stated to be stronger than Buu is just a warmup for GT base kid Goku. Also note that Base GT Gohan is Ultimate Gohan, and he managed to stack SSJ on top, as he felt he was strong enough to fight Rildo without wanting to use SSJ, and Baby also comfirmed that GT Base Gohan > SSJ Goten, yet GT Base Goku is manhandling both of them wile they are both SSJ, one of them is 50x Ultimate Gohan, yet base GT kid Goku is smoking them with ease, so explain how it doesn't make sense now.

GT is exactly what it is, if the animators from DB and DBZ decided to make there own fan made adaptation of the future, fan favorites like young goku, Gohan teens voice actor, everyone vs goku 😂
Keep in mind that Goku is forced to stop trusting almost all of his family and friends because of Baby. So it can be that He become panicked and decide to beat his evil sons instead
How did Goku realize that his sons weren't under some sort of influence? Did he really believe that Gohan and Goten would all of a sudden turn evil out of nowhere?
Wait a minute!!! I haven't watched GT! It only seems to me or does Goku not realize that something is wrong and truly thinks that his sons suddenly went mad for no apparent reason? 💀💀💀
@godnyx117 If I remember correctly (been at least 5 years since I last watched though) - he does recognise something's off and tries to talk with them. Pan approaches Gohan and he attacks her full force, which is why she's downed at the start of this clip. Goku's then still trying to figure out what's happening, but given what they just did to Pan, and their intent towards him, he fights back semi-seriously. (Against 2 SSJs, I'd say he couldn't go much lighter, but he could certainly have done worse to them!) TLDR; He does know, but he doesn't see any other recourse than to whoop their butts for a while xD
weaker base as a kid, taking out 2 super saiyans at once, considering multipliers, gt goku is super op. if he was still an adult ss4 may not have been needed. plus 2 or 3 episodes his base kamehameha destroyed that game dimension, with kai unable to teleport there, qualifies as a plane of existance he obliterated
Gohan and Goten actually thinking they stood a chance against Goku...that's amusing to say the least that either of those jokes could actually even reach the same level as Goku has worked hard for his entire life.
