i've been using Hammerhead darts for close to 30 years , my faves are my model # 249GT , the barrels were made totally smooth. Of course Hammerheads bounce out but not nearly as frequent as fixed point darts . OHIO , USA

Another great review and a lovely ser of darts with plenty of extras, I have a set of the old RD Montgomery darts with thunderbolt points that are spring loaded I've not once had a bounce out while using them. 😀 🎯💯👍 never had a set of bottleson darts so will be checking out there ranges for sure...

Nice riview Adam i personally think the point crack is noncence but then ive never threw dem and at 171 pound i doubt i ever will scandless money do d shafts get loose like alluminums do

Adam; really nice review. I've owned a few sets of the Bottlesen Hammerhead darts in the past (a long time ago). The hammerhead points are qimmicky, and the internal collet breaks too easily with use. IMO; they are way overpriced. Thanks and keep the reviews rolling.

Wow, that price. Moving points are not by any means a new concept either. Sure Harrows did a great set around 25 years ago

Many here still use hammerheads, but with modern boards it seems like a waste of $$$. Plus, in this case, the stems are non-standard. Good review though.

As an American, I feel these are so gimmicky. Perhaps back in the day when the board wire was much thicker, these would maybe be useful. I just prefer the current, traditional setup. Also, American darts are so expensive.

Only ever heard of bottelsen dart through you reviews and I have to say no impressed at all. Over priced full of gimmicks they make the high end target stuff from target seem cheap. Speak your mind the truth is £170 for any dart is a rip off never mind for a gimmick.
