Is it so warm there that Daniel doesn't have to put on a jacket at all and can walk around in flip-flops?

I am not happy to see these restrictions caused by corona. I feel they travel every weeks from prison to prison. Without family, friends and no chance to have a deep free breath. So sad situation.
