Very nice Mine arrives tomorrow. I went for the red R6 seat because I didn't like the odd lump in the centre of the R9 seat but sure they're both great .Having a bad back being able to keep changing the angle is worth the little extra flex over a bucket seat .Ps next thing I'm saving up for now is the active harness system that tightens on bentds to simulate G foreces ....only £1000 lol
Thanks for the build, looks real clean! I have some issues with mounting the rs9 seat to my cockpit. What size of m8 screws did you use for the mounting on the aluminium profile? An Answer would be greatly appreciated! Cheers
@@RonnySchürmansch I was trying to by researching and asking other people? The Gt omega support suggested 16mm screws and that didnt work. So I wanted to ask others too. Anyway, have a great day, I figured it out by now 👍🏻
Hi, is the seat supposed to have support only on one side? On my seat both sides of the backrest are bolted to the seat base, but one side of the support (recline lever side) is rigid and the other side kinda moves freely. Is that the case on yours too?

Nice setup. Do you have any problems with seat slider? Like, does it let you move however forwards or backwards that you like? I ask because I have Rs6 seat and for some reason, sometimes I adjust seat position, then I sit back and seat goes back on its own. Really annoys me.
They really do need to update the look of the seat and make it less "gamer: looking. I.e.- remove those fake"metal" looking plastic cutout inserts in the top of the seat.
