Just wanted to thank you Kie for your guide. Managed to get 2:24-ish using the NSX and after watching this video I got into the early 2:23s. Great guide. Will continue to work on getting into the 2:20s. Baby steps.

Justin Wilson i had 29800 pointes saturdaynight. Because i was a little bit tired, i decided to go sleep. Sundayevening, i put on GTS and said to myself ‘1 race and i am an A’. Send in to the desert the first race. Made a mistake the second one. After 5 races i ended with 28400 points. When i went to bed, i lay there for an hour, thinking ‘why, why, why, why...’

@@amatomski4957 it's all about pole. And then not bottling it. Which I often did. Consistency is key. Early Monday morning lobbies also. Then your points will rise fast

Justin Wilson having pole with lobbies mixed with a+, a and b is kinda hard. Also racing at mondaymorning is not possibly ( little kids, work, wife,...). Not bottling it, i’m so bad at it when adrenaline kick’s. I hope i get A this week, and if not, i put a sticker on my car ‘B rated forever’.

@@amatomski4957 oh mate I feel your pain. Current situation I'm self employed so I can jump online early doors. I do have 2 young children. It's a nightmare . Especially when your son is hogging the internet for fortnite. It's so hard to get focused. Trail braking. Getting on full throttle before you think it in your head is key. Fine tuning your instinct reactions. If that makes sense lol. stay flat out in a straight line for as long as possible. Racing line dependent obviously. Haha

Just wana say thanks for making PD aware that people are cutting the chicane. I havent played since finding out about the cheaters. I'm tempted to get on today if they've fixed it but hard to get motivated after missing 2 days👍🏼✌🏼

Hi Kie, very useful vid and info. I play GT Sport but not online racing so i'm doing custom races and offline time trials. I've been addicted to Spa since its inclusion in GT Sport and I love Jaguar cars so i've been lapping the F-Type Gr.3 a lot. I use manual gears and cockpit view to drive (i know bumper view is faster). When I run offline time trials i'm using bop, super soft tyres and changing nothing else (I know it's fine to set brake balance to my preference). Does this replicate an online time trial? Do the Gr.3 cars run online use bop? My best time run at Spa in the Jaguar F-Type Gr.3 is 2min 17.136 (using cockpit view) which seems to be competitive with times i've seen online players set. Obviously as you say in this video, there are stronger Gr.3 cars at Spa. Great vids, really enjoy your channel.

Nice track guide I'm on D rating barely get time to play and practice. Qualify and race are both different aspect for this game where other racer bump and push to gain place all hard work done for the qualify washes off. Only the starting grid players moves away if lucky.

Awesome track, but dangerous too in real life.I'm Belgian and I regularly ride my bike there during trackdays.Those fast long bends are awesome, but also killers.Because some of them run offs are tarmac instead of gravel, you slide into the tirewall at very high speed if you go down....Kills bikers every year.Two years ago a guy slided into the wall and than got smashed by his bike flying into him 😦

Friend... Are u with BoP rules??? How laps lefting of gas??? Im training in a personal lob, practicing for a championship... But my first laps, which are with more gas(around 8.5 laps) are Around 2:18:700 and 2:19:700... I just take my laps to 2:17 and down in the second lag of the race, when my gas (5.5) is just to the last 5 laps... And all with Soft tyres (CS)... Any help???

Bop is on yes as this is sport mode the lap is done in, no fuel for sport mode TT but tyres are hard so fair bit slower than softs, with soft tyres I would be aiming 2.15-16 for race pace with full fuel 👍 if I remember correctly

Thankfully the top guys haven't done the cheat trip but i expect a huge penalty in that area as altering the track to far from reality may no go well with the Spa Management. The offending drivers will be excluded but if any of them are repeat offenders from Goodwood they will face some action as PD frown on players who explore these glitches. We'll see what happens by Thursday.

If you're on a controller and you're not very experienced, I highly recommend staying away from the Ferrari, R8 (not R18), Lamborghini and NSX... They slide too much and you don't have enough feedback on DS4 to feel it coming... I drive the Porsche, its far easier to deal with using a controller

I second this, they’re all very tail happy while off throttle mid corner with controller, still possible to be quick but not consistent. Supra, GTR and F Type seem strong as well. Haven’t done qualifying yet but managing low 2.21’s in the race when you can find a bit of clear air

I tried the ferrrari and I was drifting through every corner, pretty much undrivable after 2 or 3 laps for me. Also I do shortshift but can't manage to shortshift enough to not pit, if feel like if doing it even more would affect my acceleration too much.
