This version removes the airport at Staunton. Based on the GTA 3 Alpha forum posts, it is clear that the mod was an old mod and not completely tested, hence the issue with the 'Arms Shortage' mission where the army base is actually beneath the airport.

Instructions from the author:
Install: simply run the installer and install the mod to your programs files folder. of your hard drive. The mod does take a while for it to install, so if
you see the installer hangs, that's because it's installing, not freezing. Also please download the KJAH(LibertySoul) & MSX(KBDDF) audio files from the main topic gta3beta.boards-directory.com/t10-gta3-alpha-version-mod-20
Once the mod is installed, please insert the KJAH.wav and MSX.wav files you just downloaded from our site into the audio folder of the mod. You cannot run the mod without these two audio files or you will get a "Please Insert Disc" error.
Before you run the mod, make sure you there's no "GTA3 User Files" folder in your documents folder. If they're is a "GTA3 User Files" folder in your Documents folder, please delete it.
Also, when you run the mod and see a black screen, but you can hear the game booting up, just simply spam the left mouse button to bypass all the boot up sequences.
ENB Series: The GTa3: Alpha Version Mod 2.0 installs a high-end enb files along with it. Which means, it contains the cartoonish graphics, brightness, Depth of Field, Motion Blur, and Antialiasing.
If your PC/Laptop lags with the ENB, please use the Low-End ENB config which is included with this mod labeled "ENB for Low-End PCs" The low-end enb ONLY contains the cartoonish graphics, and the brightness.
