What’s even more impressive is your ability to drive around Liberty City without crashing.

Do you guys remember breaking the glass to the building in front of the gas station to get the super car out? And remember how hard it was to do it fast enough to break the glass but not too hard so you don't damage the goods?

Would of been nice if we got this instead of what Rockstar gave us

The music, sound effects, an the idea of the year 2003 bring back a nostalgia and feeling that cannot be replicated. this is beautiful

I remember finally getting my hands on this game when it was released, the first time being able to play a GTA game in 3rd person and not a top down view, I drove around the corner from the bridge intro, found a baseball bat and just beat the crap out of every pedestrian i could find for hours.

The problem with people comparing this to Definitive Edition is that this isn't at all a remaster of GTA 3. It's GTA 3 cutscenes and voice lines taped onto a GTA 5-modded GTA 4 Liberty City sandbox. The title literally says that this is just a "concept", not an actual remaster.

Rockstar could've just make a remake/remaster of the older games to calm the fans about the whole GTA 6 thing.

This looks better hope we can just download this rather than buying the "cheap" remastered.

There’s just something interesting, unique and nostalgic about GTA III I just can’t put my finger on it. Like there’s been other epic GTA games like, GTA V, GTA San Andreas, GTA IV and even Vice City, but for some reason GTA III still gives me chills….maybe it’s the atmosphere and how the game was made??🤷‍♂️

The atmospheres of III and IV were tremendous and even though graphically V is much better it just doesn't have that same captivating atmosphere and ambiance that III and IV had.

The gameplay is so beautiful that we hope the trilogy's remake by Rockstar will be as promising as yours.

This is what Rockstar should have done with the "Definitive Trilogy". They should have recreated GTAIII, Vice City, and San Andreas using assets from GTAV, instead of that cartoony remaster they just released. And BEFORE anyone tries to claim that wouldn't have worked or sold, I would like to direct your attention back to a dearly beloved game known as Fallout: New Vegas. Fallout: New Vegas, was essentially a giant mod of Fallout 3, using the same engine, the same assets, literally built "on top" of the previous game. If you've ever modded New Vegas on PC, you will find all of the content of Fallout 3 "buried" beneath New Vegas, but made inaccessible to the player. Basically, they started from the previous game, used it's assets to make it's sequel, and then released it as a "new" game. Fallout 3 won 2008 Game Of The Year, beating out GTAIV, and its legacy, Fallout: New Vegas is now widely regarded as the best in the series. Rockstar could have used that exact same strategy with the GTA Definitive Edition Trilogy, maybe released it at a reduced price looking like this, and everybody would have bought it. They should have used GTAV assets, texture mods and scripting to "recreate" the old games using the modern game as a platform or a base, instead of that lazy remaster with it's cartoony graphics and the same old glitches and bugs left in the code.

I cannot believe this isn't an official re release it's spectacular it's the most beautiful remake I've seen that's fanmade.

Liberty City has always been my favorite destination in the GTA universe. It just feels so alive. I know it wouldn’t ever happen but I’d love to see GTA IV completely remastered.

I remember being 10 years old booting up GTA 3 for the first time on my cousin's PS2. I was sick and couldn't attend my older brother's wedding. My aunt practically had to peel my fingers off the controller. That novel experience will live on with me for the rest of my life.... and I can't wait to experience an ounce of that nostalgia with the remastered edition.

GTA 3 was the reason I started my channel 8 years ago... And also one of my favorite games of all time. It would be amazing to be able to relive all of your storyline and missions again with these enhanced graphics. Hopefully Rockstargames will listen to us one day.

This is close to what I had in mind for the Definitive Edition, it's a gentle swirling mix of visuals from all the games imo Camera's a little tight on the car but I'm sure that could be adjusted. Pretty damn cool lol thanks

I'm here after the R* launcher was offline for more than a day and they pulled the remastered trilogy from the store. They could've done something like this and not the rushed mess that we got.
