Hey there, greetings from the creator of this mod. It's crazy that people still play this. Also this is a veeeery old version too. Strangely enough I am still adding some upgrades and changes to it, even though it's not publicly available. Well, actually it is uploaded on Dropbox, just no links to find it anywhere.
Nice! I really like this mod, I think it’s really cool playing all the added in missions and whatnot, I kinda think the vice city cars fit in with gta 3’s atmosphere, and adds more variety too!
