Either do it in Portland pre “Last Request” or do it in Staunton Island pre “Kingdom Come”. Not super difficult, I recommend having collected 50 packages before hand and having 2 bribes at your safe house. If you do it in Staunton, you can stash 2 Police cars in your garage in case you explode or you have time to get a fresh car. Hope this helps!
The gangs post-Kingdom Come aren’t that dangerous. Just a couple pistol-wielding Yardees. It’s the AK-47 packing Colombians that get annoying after u complete the game.
(I know this isn't any related to the video or this comment but) in Original Game, I just had to press the Pause Button when near the criminal so he will be forced to get out of the car
I’ve set myself a challenge what I’m going to do is try and complete gta 3 100% before moving onto Vice City and once I’ve got 100% on that then move on to San Andreas
I just completed this after only my 4th attempt. It was fairly simple but i think i did get lucky on about 7-8 kills because they got out of the vehicle after getting stuck. And then it was an easy kill. When i got to kill 11 i was on 2 stars all the way to 15 and i couldnt get the bribe in the alleyway as i already used it. If your having problems i recommend doing it at the end of the game and use a rocket and just anticipate where the enemies going to go
it seems that if a pit is made on the target vihicle, the driver will get off. this will save a lot of time and ammo which is needed when shooting at the targets till the vehicles are on fire. most importantly, it will cause less wanted level to minimize the contingency of the mission.
The real tip is don't blow their cars. If you manage to stop them they will go out of the car. Killing them this way saves you bullets and its so easy. Even if you get 1 wanted star, it will disapear right when you reach your next target or in the worst case, much more managable than 3-4 stars. BTW in San Andreas in the driving school there is literally a leasson called PIT Maneuver. Go practice it if you really need.
I really don’t know why they let you do Vigilante in a tank. The damn thing maxes out at 5mph, the criminals drive insanely fast, and they only give you a stupid short amount of time.
Damn it! I finally beat this last night and now you guys upload a guide Lmao. Oh wait this is gta3 not San Andreas never mind lol. That shit was so annoying then all of a sudden it was super easy lmao
Still trying to get this as car keeps rolling or actually being stolen, my luck. But if police car is damaged heavily you can put in garage walk out and it goes back to original. Does take a few seconds but if around the area.
GTA3 is the hardest one to do Vigilante on. In Vice City and San Andreas it's actually very easy. You unlock the Hunter helicopter, and do Vigilante using that. It's insanely easy. But on GTA3 there is NO Hunter helicopter or any choppers at all for that matter. So you have to do it legit with a cop car. People say use a tank, but the tank is very very slow and doesn't work, because you can't catchup to the criminals.
I finished it on Staunton Island. I store 2 police cars in my garage. I looked for another police car to start vigilante mission. I always do pit maneuver as possible when chasing. It is effective if successful because the suspect will automatically exit the car and it will be easy to terminate them. When you get wanted stars just go back to safehouse to collect bribes. When your cars is damaged, you can go back to garage to interchange police car and easy repair. Staunton island gives you long time making it possible to achieve.
Quick question, so when you kill a target and fail before reaching level 20 then you restart , does the kills stack up and carry on over towards the 20 per island or does it have to be done re-done from start?
In terms of the trophy, no. But in terms or unlocking your bribes for the safehouse it does. Every 10 levels rewards you with a bribe for your safehouse, to unlock all 6, you must do a total of 20 vigilante missions on each island.
What use do you have to money in GTA 3? In VC and SA you need a lot of cash to buy safe houses and assets which III doesn't have, weapon is the only thing I can think of spending money on
Dear god in heaven. I just spent 9 months trying to get the paramedic trophy. Everything online talked about how impossibly difficult it was. I could live to be 1000 and I'll never get this one. Like fucking HOW.
I will share this i have a good guide to beat it easy with this method i made it with others i fail so lets share first you need 20 vigilante on each island 3 island in total 60 vigilante each island 20 so you dont have to do 20 in a row make 10 safe make another 10 its important use only the FBI Car no other its the only car whats not flip all the time and u can loose your wanted level in the garage with the spray icon further i use the rocket luncher all the time i ram the enemy if he stuck get out of the car and use the rocket luncher its works easy if and i confirm you dont have to do all 20 in a row make 10 safe get another 10 i maxed the game out today 1000G and please dont use the rhino he is to slow not worked you running out of time or not reach the target in time second dont use the cop car its quick but all the time my car flipped and explode only the FBI Car with rocket luncher
I did that and it's not very time consuming. Everytime i unlocked an island or in the case of portland. It's the first thing i did. The first thing that i do everytime is, Firefighter, Vigilante, Hidden packages, Stunt Jumps, Rampages', RC toy's and the missions like 'gripped'and'a ride in the park' and at the very beginning the Paramedic mission. In Portland I also did the 100 Taxi fares. It doesn't take that much time to 100% this game so i should do it.
It's not that hard, I just completed it just about now, and I tried just 3 times. Anyways, what do you think about the ambulance mission? tbh for me thats like the hardest mission ever.
Ive got the platinum for sekiro and i cant do this at all... i got to 14 then a car blew up and me my car up with it.. uninstalled the game lol, thats that.
I think gta 3 car physics is easiet Like 2 clips worth of smg and most car beside tank and special characteristics Can take out vehicles only thing I hate is getting one shot by a shotgun
The tank is fully immune to gun fire and even explosions. Just be careful not to fall in the water (you'd die either way, so it doesn't matter) and avoid flames, which can damage and even destroy the tank. Other than that, I managed to destroy the tank in GTA LCS by putting it into a garage that was too small for it (not sure if that applies to GTA III as well, but it probably does). So just avoid flames and you're gonna be fine. This applies to the Rhino in all 3D era games.
@@ondraspendlik9759 That's not true. I have used tank in the mission where I need to race 3 guys, basically destroying their race cars and then slowly racing on my own until I win the race. Many times my tank got destroyed because of gangs shooting at me and me destroying vehicles by runnnig into them. It catches fire and explodes eventually.
So when you kill a target, on each island but fail Vigilante, destroyed cop car or what ever, when you restart, does the kills stack up or is it a thing were you have to re-do from the start?
@@user-bx4sk2sg9ekinda lost appreciate if you can answer this I was on 18 kills on last island and died so I have to redo to get to 20 for 100 percent or do I just need to kill just 2 criminals and it will give me 1 percent for 100 percentage 😊
Idk what I hated more. The RC missions or this. It’s so stupid. The only car fast enough to keep up with the criminals can’t take more than a gentle breeze without catching fire, and the one vehicle that take damage without issue moves as fast as Rosie O’Donnell’s Walmart scooter
I have no idea what anybody is yapping about - I did this on my first try on Staunton. Just keep 2 police cars in your garage and change them out when you are damaged - and its easy enough to spin them out while ramming them. Only thing you gotta be careful about is if the car goes over an edge and the criminal survives.
I was at 48 kills when the cops arrested me i was so mad i almost threw my controller at my tv but unlike some ppl i have self control.. Anyway i was PISSED
im so sick and tired of this trophy, like literally crying at this point. your car explodes probably every 5 kills, you get cops on you for being a cop and shooting the bad guy, simply chasing your next bad guy makes your wanted go up and up until the police (MY SIDE?) kills you, hitting a light pole makes your spin out or go to 90 mph to 0 and there’s hundreds of them.
Its easy this mission all u have to do is drive alongside em and use an uzi. 15 kills isnt really that much anyway. Just do at the very start so no1 wants you dead. The ambulance is probably the hardest mission and el burros magazine mission is basically impossible if you try and do it after you kill salvatorr because you have to drive past mafia and they will destroy you
What's so hard about it? It's only 20 kills and you don't have to do them in a row. Most newer GTA games of the 3D era require you to do 12 levels in a row, with more better armed enemies spawning in each new level (unlike only one enemy in each level in this game). Plus I'm pretty sure the car fixing feature after completing a level is also new, to make it easier. This is by far the easiest vigilante mission in the series.
@@NoobNoobZug I think I've always used a tank in all the games, and it was really easy. Especially in SA, where the Rhino is much quicker than the one in older games.
@@ondraspendlik9759 What? Bro when I played I had to complete 12 levels at once and the car never repaired between the levels so I had to hurry to my garage to fix it
