Because ps3 and x360 was not enoght powerfull to have everything that GTA IV has in GTA V. They downgrade the physics and others to make world bigger and more alive with better gameplay overall. GTA IV shows that is the maximum of the ps3 that can handel.
GTA 4 definitely had the best and most fun shooting system. I used to purposely try to bounce the rockets off of the walls and cars for trick kills, and the way your targets reacted from headshots or getting shot in the leg or arm was so satisfying lol
Various locations of the Cluckin' Bell and Tw@ Internet Cafe are some of the best places to get into a violent shootout with the police. Why? I've done them myself.
There's a good spot in northern alderney. A rooftop directly west of a gas station with a carwash, i was able to survive 6 stars for quite a while and successfully escape.
GTA 4 - Better wanted system (because there's six stars) -More interactive world (bowling alley and you could buy hot dogs at stands) -More realistic (people get out of their cars when you aim at them and cops take a lot more effort to kill) GTA 5 -Much better steering for cars -More colorful and more to do (at least I think so) idk I think there's fun to be had with both of them, but I prefer 5 a tiny bit more than 4
Thats why Gta 4 and Red dead 2 was so good in the wanted level imo... is really that hard in both games to go against the law and I wonder why Gta V isn't that hard and instead of this we have the must annoying lawmen of every Rockstar Open world games. Because in gta 4, the aim assist is to slow and the guns have more spread and in Red dead 2 the aim assist is so helpful but ur screen balances sometimes and that makes the game feel more challenge to shoot. Meanwhile in Gta V the aim assist is so op, the guns feel the same like u can use a pistol to kill a officer which stands for 50m away from u...
Just a few mods for the PC version of GTA V can make combat more like GTA 4s, however I think R* went full arcade for the vanilla mechanics on GTA V. Probably for the console users, or they wanted to try something new, let’s see how GTA 6 will end up when it releases in a few years.
literally 99% of what you said only applies if you're playing on a controller with auto aim enabled. you can just disable the auto aim if you don't like it, or play on keyboard and mouse. also, you clearly haven't played GTA 5 if you think the cops are easy. you have health regen yeah, but the trade off is that the cops (and enemies for that matter) have very good accuracy. in gta 4, the cops will miss a lot of their shots unless you're running directly up to them. in gta 5, the cops have literal aimbot.
Good thing I still have it on the "Old Reliable" / "Old but Gold" Xbox 360 S from 2012 & it's already available on the Xbox One / Xbox One S since a couple of years ago
It is really hard to imagine fleeing from 6 stars without driving into the subway tunnel (or get the stars while staying in a chopper). Just incredible!
GTA's best storyline/driving→ goes to GTA IV...*(GTA V was made in rush for greed , after seeing GTA IV going Violent. This made all attract to V cause every next GTA game is advanced in some way than older GTA. GTA 4 was made with devotion, which was a huge lvl rise from SA and VC , whereas V is for those who want latest stuff without knowing original value. V lacks GTA cause it was made in hurry for next rising generation. I wonder why V lacks storyline/driving/many small features and V's characters are not suitable with word GTA , whereas IV characters were meant for GTA) GTA's best featured game of all time →Goes to GTA SA (Well GTA SA , u can say very big game. That 1 game is more than 3 episodes of IV.) GTA's 1st successful installment goes to→ GTA VC
Every game is best in its own, but most + points go to IV ( cause it was a step to next level ) , then SA ( GTA sounds nice with SA ) → V ( I don't see any lvl difference b/w IV and V )→ VC ( VC and SA should be in 1, what if I say VC, LC, LS... all in 1 ;D )→ III → GTA
see your problem is your on Playstation if you were on PC or Xbox you'd be able to play it I suppose you could whip out your ps3 to play (I'm not serious lol)
From a 6-star shootout to a clean getaway. I kept my eyes on a lot of action against the police. No cop had a chance against Niko and Dwayne's crew who assisted him.
The guns and the gun sounds seem more realistic then gta 5 guns I wish gta 5 would’ve had the same guns and the same gun sounds with more added weapons that’s the only thing it’s missing
Looking back gta5 was a step in the wrong direction away from what gta is supposed to be and in a direction where they just try to make as much money as possible through an awful online economy
Idk people like GTA V tbh its was a massive step in the right direction and now they have put high standards on themselves for GTA VI Edit: Changed "IV" to "VI"
@@GhostlierCube microtransactions aint shi in gta bro😂 also their recent games are doin better for a reason its just a fact I dont like gta V that much im more towards red dead btw
@@GhostlierCube bro eho buys money on gta? Its $100 for 8 mil somethin that i can earn in like 4 hours of pur grinding prob 2 1/2 hours i bet. No one buys that shi and if ppl do theyre an inbred retard
Grrrrr yall guys so lucky. I never had a opportunity to play any hd gta. I want gta iv so much. But well. Computer is bought 2009 and we only had ps2 and we have sold it so yeah ive only played vice city and a bit of liberty city stories
In GTA 4, the cops were funny, easy to counter and escape and fun to mess around with. In GTA 5, the cops are plain fucking annoying and I also hate the fucking fact they fact they removed the 6 star wanted level.
Super fun game, even now in 2022. I love how the cops don’t give a crap about traffic violations or if you run into other cars…..but if you run into a cop car, they immediately start shooting. Lol
