After that I equipped the white lace and opened the jacket back up

First you to the tank top with utility vest. Later equip the Designer T-shirt and then go to Biker Cuts and put on the Black Darted Vest. And start a job to merge the shirt with the tank tops. I will bring the tutorial soon :)

The components for the second outfit aren't all there. Your vest is more bulkier than what's posted, and the thing around your neck isn't posted either. I like copying these outfits to a tee, but can't if everything isn't there. Edit: I found out what makes yours more "bulkier" was the black parachute, which wasn't listed as a component. I still don't know the thing around your neck or how to get it. Looks like something off the paramedic outfit.
The thing on my neck you can get with the paramedic outfit that has the stethoscope, the tutorial to get this is in the description. First put on the paramedic outfit and then put on any shirt or the components that are in the pinned comment, and the stethoscope will still be around your neck.

I really want to make 7, but I dont know how to do it. I did high tops and bikini glitch, but I cant merge black bikini with blaugers t-shirt. How to do that?

After that put on the Black Bikini and the Utility Vest - Peach Camo Plate Carrier. Save the outfit and wear any Outfit: Heist Coveralls (these with the gas mask). Do the telescope glitch and save the outfit. Start up the mission A Titan Of A Job and go to the nearest Ammu Nation store and save the outfit again. Quit the mission by your phone.
