1st you must go to that location at 0:31, then park your vehicle at parking park, then you must walk/run to that location (parking refer to vid at 0:31) and trust me you can find that rare car, u can do it repeatly but you have to save 1st before doing it, save and catch that car, save and catch that car repeatly, thanks me later ;) (sorry broken english) (from malaysia)

all of this cars are available in any of the private garage u purchase once uve synced your playstaion account to the game.there will be an option on the top left corner stating press(the button for ur specific device) for special cars and then u will have acces to a bunch of rare cars which cant be aquired in the normal map.syncing account also gives you some free rare weapons like golden gun etc

All 100% true Locations for those cars. The Cars are Not 24h parking there. Take a Look a few Times If you dont find them for the First Time
