Yes the crop top comes with the straps, I just used another hairstyle to hide the straps, as it is an option for those who don't like it. I like both ways. You can make it with any color you want, just replace the tank top and the t-shirt with the color you prefer, but I think the black one is more realistic and there is no color contrast between the tank top and the t-shirt. Because the white tank top is darker than the white shirt.
