hi im 1st and yes the problem that this game has is because this gpu you use is going passed the game engine limits i think 144 or 160 is max fps and it may not stutter anyways 120 to 140 will be the best experience to play this game on 4k i believe

literally dude you could've turned on msaa and txaa to be withing the fps limit
