So I found a hacker spawning "Lesters" outside my apartment at Tinsel Towers. After I threatened to report the guy, he suddenly disappears and all the NPCs he spawned started firing RPGs at us and on each other. They appear to be invulnerable, plus the hacker removed all our guns. Then a game popped in my head. Why not try to cross this chaos like GMOD Death Runs? After several attempts, I finally got through.
