yes i have steam, but my scripthook for my mods are not on the same version supported by gta so i cant play lspdfr with my other mods

@@420vexi you have the ability in Rage to go to >game settings tab> Revert> pick the older version and click revert. Game will be fixed

One of the workarounds for LSPDFR I found is. Open your windows internet adapter settings (shows your WiFi or LAN connection). Right-click and disable it. Open GTA through RPH like normal, click Offline Mode on Social Club. Once the game is loaded up, enable the connection again. This only works a handful of times before it needs to check for updates with the server but it's enough for me to record a couple of videos and maybe a live stream until an update rolls out. I hope this can help someone else too.

Once you place someone in cuffs just do the PBT. That’s how it done anyway. The rest would be handled at the station in a controlled environment. Just a heads up.
