Yeah. It shows actual speed, so I can see now the actual inaccuracy in some various in-game speedometer models. Not that it matters very much and urgently, but it won't be excessive for sure.

Its already happening, I barely see something other than Coquette, Calico and Gauntlet Hellfire. However people sleep on Gauntlet Classic Custom and Pisswasser Dominator. I raced against Gauntlet once and havent seen Dominator at all

The restricted car choices are quite specific indeed, and after checking Broughy's website I have a feeling Rockstar used that to pick the cars. The Sports class has vehicles with similar lap times and top speeds that are within the C and B tiers in general, but the Muscle class seems to be a bit messier, as it features bigger gaps in performance and has cars from the E tier up to A tier.

@@jvam16 I'd disagree but people would still pick the same 1-2 cars regardless of limitations. Broughy has made those tier lists for a reason and Rockstar could perfectly use that and have a balanced experience

At least that's surprising and nice that they allowed to use free racing muscle cars there, like Pißwasser Dominator, Burger Shot Stallion and Redwood Gauntlet (upgrades for them are costy tho). So it's an opportunity I guess?...

The drag races was easy for the to create and put in place, what would be nice for them to do on GTA Online would be a sea / water base DLC (Luxury oil rags) and a option to customise the boat and other water vehicles.

That's what I'm asking for a pretty much noticable time, for real. Like a proper Naval update, where you can customize and upgrade your vessels and store them in a special hangar (to stop calling them via Pegasus), INCLUDING AMPHIBIAN VEHICLES (Karin Technical Aqua as an example, or Ocelot Stromberg).

@@Mannimarco_King_of_Worms I don't think it's gonna be "pathetic". Besides I guess there wasn't any cargo/product based update since the Smugglers Update... Like the Cayo Perico update was kinda about the naval theme, but only a small amount of it (Avisa, Toreador, Kosatka).

If it will have a passive income it would be fine, any passive income is admired and must be protected, but the whole update would feel like something from 2017. Maybe add some little quirks like cool boat racing mods, or add a new naval combat PvP mode but give it normal payments or some rewards for it to mot being abandoned

On the tuners side, I've had some good luck with the jester RR and dominator asp, the calico's usually have me on launch, but my top speed and nitrous use let's me snipe past them

So I just thought I'd bring this up. This is just some conjecture on my part, BUT in the GTA VI leaks, there was a part where the leaked showcased the new car interior features. With the pedals all being completely functional AND the shifter having gear change animations, its possible that the manual transmission will be an option for some vehicles. This is also possibly just a bit of attention to detail on Rockstars end, and these animations will just smoothly play for certain cars with no player input, but this would certainly be a welcome optional feature.

What I've noticed is that the mechanics of drag resemble almost the ones seen in NFS Nitro, Most Wanted and Underground, if you played those games beforehand you can get generalized on how to win appropiately 😅

Sadly there is a glitch where if you use a car that can be stanced, and you set it to that before the race, the stance will give you a massive speed boost. So the Hellfire Gauntlet is winning all the muscle races when stanced.

Honestly I don't get why they did use some long stretches of highway or runways for races with no bends in them. And that they failed to put any of the actual drag vehicles in these races like the peyote gasser or tornado rat rod. Also failed to put in the motorcycle category so u could use the drag bike one the rampant rocket.

Fuck, because of your instructions about downshifting (X button), I was really confused why I can't to downshift with "X" on my controller for PC, that uses XBox joystick model. And all of a sudden it was "A" button for downshifting. Damn it.

Drag races here are silmilar to Crew 2. On need for speed these long drag races you need to hit perfect shifts to get ahead. On Gta long drag race poor hud setup make it difficult to get perfect shifts. No intro to Drift or Drag races. Stunt races they had this huge video and several news letters.

Payouts are super disappointing as it takes time to change the map, wait for other players in lobby, car selection etc. So one race actually takes around 5 minutes despite 1 min 20 second race time. You also wait the last place to finish for extra 10 seconds, the cutscene watching the winner do his move etc. So 8k -10k for the first place in double money is pretty normal. You can do maybe 10-14 of these races in an hour so on average you would make like 80,000-140,000 at most. I don't know what the fuck they were thinking with such shitty payouts.
