Gonna say this rn, there is no way IRL that soldier or SWAT agent would've been able to keep up with the same pace as the beat cop. Genuinely speaking from experience having worn body armor and carrying the same amount of equipment, you can't run that fast. But yeah it's a game. And to those saying the cops without over-uniform vests aren't protected, they do have body-armour that goes underneath their uniform and above their undershirt.
