For all of those who are wondering why the devel sixteen is slower is because at 5000bhp it would lag out the game which caused rendering issues so bad that it would fall through the map at max power. and for those who are most likely going to ask is that there are several youtubers who have tested this car on their own servers and several have had issues where the car would not stick to the ground and take flight
