I get mistaken for a crime that I didn't commit but there's no chance to explain! ►GTA 5 Roleplay DOJ Playlist► goo.gl/K3ZClI ►Links To Contact Me► bayareabuggs.com ►Department Of Justice Role-Play Community► www.dojrp.com
Even most "average" helicopters in real life can stay in the air for 2-3 hours without refueling... so it's not that unrealistic when it doesn't refuel in a 30 min episode. With that said... I think they should put like a 10 min timer on refuel just for RP purposes though.
Colin B Plays ya but it’s a little dumb that the HELICOPTERS are up for so long and they got thermal and trackers on it so it makes it even OP. And they used to set timers for AIR-1 but now they don’t I guess
Exigent Circumstances. Out of all of the doors in the area that single door is unlocked/has a broken lock. A savvy cop could reasonably and legally suspect that someone is hiding in there.
Actually, the cops had a fail rp the entire episode with the chopper just following Buggs even before anything started and then not refueling. But if the cops saw him run in there they do not need a warrant. It's called probable cause. It's like if they get a call about you doing something and they go to your door and you have lets say drugs in view when they talk to you they can just go in and do not need a warrant
HEADPHONES 116 the police chopper was on Buggs the whole time even before they did any illegal actions I'm sure the chopper did. But the biggest fail on the police has to be the chopper fail to rp again by not going and getting fuel and by following Buggs even before he ever did anything.
How many people just leave their apartment unlocked and abandoned though? If anything he maybe should have rp'd breaking the lock or kicking the door open so the police had something to be suspicious of when checking the door
I agree the cops did metagame a lot when they confirmed he was in there simply by the logic that it was an open interior in the game, not role playing the idea that the whole city was just like rl and any house could be opened
That was an illegal search of that apartment. They didn't see you go in there and no one told them that you did, so they didn't have the right to enter. They did an illegal search of Jeff's property too. The entered a garage without a warrant or witness to recover a stolen vehicle that wasn't visible.
Nope your wrong the law says all you need is probable cause to do a search and siezure there cause was a loose crimmal in the area . The civs are not always right
FAXITY GAMING exactly "probable cause". Well, that's not what the law actually says, but its close enough for here. The police had ZERO reason to believe anyone was in there, let alone Buggs. They didn't see him enter. They had ZERO witnesses tell him that he entered. They heard no one. They didn't even call out for a response. And those windows are on-way. You can see out, but you can't see in. All they found was an "unlocked door". That definitely is not cause to enter. Which, by the way, they would have never discovered to be unlocked had they not tried to make illegal entry. Think back to every real man hunt that you have ever seen or heard about. Did police go do-by-door, entering every home, every business at will, just because a criminal was believed to have been in the "area"? No. Why not? Because that is illegal search.
Brian they can't control how far there character moves when they let go of the buttons and they probably accidentally went in just like time and plus they know he's there cause there's a crashed car outside right in front of a house + they have 2 officers already dead so that should explain everything
Mr Swageo a crashed car does not prove anyone is inside any particular apartment. It isn't even "reasonable suspicion". And tell me: Why were they even so close to "accidentally went in" if they weren't trying to go in? They wouldn't have been on the stairway at all. And did you not notice how they didn't call out before entering? "Hey home owner! Is anyone there?"
Suggestion: instead of doing the tunnel trick near paleto bay do it at the tunnel under fort zancudo. The heli can’t fly over since it doesn’t have clearance and the tunnel goes both ways.
it wouldnt be the same as the other tunnel, the reason they use the other one is because it has one tunnel south and no tunnel north, because of this they can go north on the freeway and cut off into the grass quick enough to get into the tunnel halfway and then get away scot free.
They need to have a talk with cops saying now that they have interiors, that the cops can't just go into random houses just because there was a criminal in the area.
is it just me but bugs could have emote sunbath on the couch and would have acted like he was sleeping and didn't know what was happening and could have been free because they would have believed it
Nah, it wouldn't have worked. The players "RPing" those cops are notoriously shit at roleplaying properly, and had already checked the map for Buggs' location, and already assumed he was the same guy who shot down the cops earlier, so they were already dead set on him being guilty. He would not have been able to get out of this alive, and free.
Polecat killed Magnus point blank with a rifle when he was in the scrap yard, but Magnus was on scene when Buggs died. How is that fair? Surely that's fail RP?
I hate how they just bust in the house. They know your in there but they should still have to roll play that it is a house and you can't just breach someone's home because you think a suspect is in there. They should have to go get a warrant or something.
Joshua Ebanks I agree, but it’s probably just the thermal camera on the helicopter they can see a person in there, and it’s coincidental there’s someone there when the person that wrecked the car bailed to that ally way, but yeah they should need a warrant
I love the fact that buggs could’ve just changed his clothes and talked to the cops he would’ve gotten away bc now he doesn’t fit the suspect description and they didn’t see the suspect go in there (as of rp), so as far as the cops know he was just someone who happened to be nearby
The lesson: never help Polecat324 when he’s in distress. Also, act like your the owner of the apartment and act like your watching TV. The mask protected your identity. But that was an amazing shootout!
need more videos like this, i know its old but the “im not going to jail” attitude makes the videos so much better. watched this masterpiece so many times
Eduardo Garcia Hmm, the helicopter saw him abandon his car. They put up a perimeter to close in Buggs. They search each and every corner and move to the only open door and go to search it. How would you know? The heli could've saw him run through the alley and up the stairs. It is probable cause, enough said. You're clearly ignorant about how this works.
Watching these all over again in 2021 These episodes when they try and throw each other "under the bus" are the best 💯 nothing planned or scripted just decent entertainment from start to finish 🤘
Not great RP from the cops at the end. I don't blame them at all, but I think they need to be trained on how to deal with interiors. While that's the only interior in that area, they need to RP that every building and every door has an interior and he could be in any one of them. Unless the heli saw him go into that specific door, they can't push in like that, and evidence shows that the helicopter did not see him go in, because they were searching that entire area before they decided to go in the apartment. Because they didn't know where he went, the most they could do is go door to door and ask homeowner if they saw anything.
No clue how I found yours and Polecats channel but I've seen every doj and you guys make some of the best content on RU-vid. Great job as always Buggsy.
BrendanTheGent Bugs didn’t say anything about them not coming in so they didn’t know if they should have Rped it or just went in, if they knew Bugs was in there they would have RPed it.
Oh hell no... they don't know a goddamn thing. I just like to argue honestly. I am always telling people that more law enforcement foundation courses would better the community. Ca POST requires training keys and a portal but I am sure you can find some leaked LD/PC800 courses.
He was in a house so he technically could have changed clothes got on the sofa done the sunbath lay down animation with his leg bent and arm behind his head and if the cops walked in he'd be like "WTF IS HAPPENING?!" lmao
An Astar 350 B3, which the helicopter in GTA:5 is modeled after, can stay in the air for hours (4-5+. Sometimes 6 depending on the Modification and operations use.) and have a range of well over 400 miles at 3 gallons/1 third. You don't get to pick and choose RP when convenient. In pursuits, in SoCal or up north at least, the helicopter is the primary pursuing unit because of its capabilities. Forward-looking infrared, sx 16s, Pinpoint Laser Global Positing Systems, and the interop capability are only a few extra components an Aero Unit could add to the fight. Life isn't fair, if it was criminals would be able to outrun the speed of light(radios) and eyes in the sky(helicopters) all day long. We don't know the capacity of the tank, at what time the Aero unit refueled, or the policy in which governs the last two.
Well aware that they can stay up for ages, but the rule is that they are meant to go and "refuel" every 5-10 minutes otherwise you would never get away when trying to evade the police
That's the point. You are not supposed to get away. What will say next when they get a stop stix or stinger script. Will they only be able to use it every 3 hours because it is unfair to the criminals?
Most of GTA RP revolves around cop chases, evading the police, robberies. Where is the fun when you literally get 0 chance of ever getting away because there is a constant heli in the sky tracking you and watching every move you make with the thermal. I see your point, you want things to be realistic but in some cases having it super realistic just makes it boring
Good Police Guy nothing ever happes when he's a cop, he probably plays as it and records it but nothing happens and he doesn't show it. I agree they're always criminals but they always are cause they wanna make it fun for the people who are police and for the people who are watching
I know it was a heat of the moment decision, and you felt cornered, but you should’ve ran out and told the cops a guy with a gun stormed “your” apartment and kicked you out, then booked it.
MixThemPeppers that’s why you act like its actually happening. Run up screaming, huffing and puffing, barley able to wheeze out the word “officer”. I’m sure they’ll be more concerned with clearing a building with a carjacker and cop killer inside and they probably won’t remember procedure. If they question you, they probably won’t cuff you, and as most of them go to clear the room, you’ll be left with 1-2 cops, the second they let their guard down, jump in the nearest cop car, and take off like a bat out of hell.
Anyone else notice that the deputy’s internet was probably so bad that he shot Buggs in the door but Buggs was all the way by the coach when he died? Also Martin has been through so much with the CZG crew lmao 😂 2021 vibin’
Nah this episode pissed me off soooo much. The helicopter has to refuel after 5kins and didn't also you can't just fucking go through a door if you know it's open, I understand it's a game but all the extent you go to make it realistic and you can just open a door with no warrant. And yet you open the door as you know in DOJ this apartment opens whereas there is over 1000 other apartments in the vicinity that in theory you could be in. They wouldn't search every single one they'd maybe just set up surveillance or just call it off. RANT OVER, as polecat says "that's legit" 😂😂😂😂
It's called hot pursuit. Buggs didn't live there so he broke into that apartment. The cops on scene were directed to that block and they saw the broken lock and so could enter
@25:20 that cop 3rd person view cheated that shit, as though he could see through the door and know he was in there, such bull shit fail rp on these cops. The air unit should have refueled after being in the air for 20 mins (that was the rule since they didn't have the fuel mod for helis), and the cops should not have illegally entered that apartment. They had no clue he was in there until the cop cheated and saw him, aka they had no cause to enter without a warrant. Other than that, loved this episode, kept me on the edge of my seat, and ive watched it 4 - 5 times now lol.
Yeah, the players "RPing" the cops on this server are notoriously garbage at roleplaying. They cheat to win at all costs all the time, it's nothing new here.
I know for a fact that the heli should've gone for fuel at about the 20 minute mark, being a part of DOJ, I know they are only allowed I think 15 ish minutes on fuel with about 4-5 minutes on reserve.
